Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Flowers

My delivery of Euroflorist never arrived, they blame DPD and if they don't arrive by next week I should contact customer service! Excuse me but I paid 60 EU and want fresh flowers! BE2295352 my number to track my order. Thanks for feedback.

Desired outcome: Flowers, vase and teddy bear never arrived. Fresh flower delivery or money back please.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Euroflorist denying Oder but taken £29.98 from my bank.!

I ordered flowers from Eforist UK early this morning. No order number given and now they say they did not receive an order from me.bIbsent them a screenshot of the £29.98 that has been removed from my bank account.

They still send emails saying no order was made.

I am going to inform every social media outlet there is to warm of this awful company.

I will make copies and send each and every day to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Qura and more untill I get a full refund.

Disgraceful.

Desired outcome: Refund no less!

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Flowers delivery

I've purchased a £44.99 bouquet for a close friend's 80th birthday. Instead of the large bouquet which was advertised, my friend had received a cheap-looking one, similar to the kind you can find at your local supermarket for under £10.
The EFlorist customer service team have declined to provide a partial refund, claiming that "Having reviewed the photograph you have been kind enough to provide, we are pleased to see that these flowers are fresh, have met the colour scheme of the advertised product and are to value". My requests to have the name of the local florist which delivered my order were completely ignored so I can't even take this matter up with them.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Flowers

Ordered flowers (Monday) for my mother's birthday (Wednesday).
RESULTS:
- Flowers delivered one day late (Thursday afternoon).
- They arrived in a box. I expected a hand delivered bouquet.
- Flowers were dry and wilting (no moisture/water device in the package).

I emailed the company on the day of delivery...nothing.
I shared my disappointment via their feedback form on the day of delivery...again nothing.
£36.58 of utter disappointment and sadness for my mother.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist flowers

I placed an order of the "Big Heart" and chose the highest price. The picture shows a vase so I expected one too. Instead what my family got was this sad bouqet with very sad wilted roses and a lot of greens as fillers. The bouqet came in wrapped in a purple gift wrapping tissue and no sign of a vase. Very embarrassing, I wish I never made the order.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist flower delivery

They didn't delivered my package so I send a mail to what happened they answered me that they cannot track this package, this is the mail:

"Thank you for your message. Sadly we are not able to track your order down. We are really sorry for that and would kindly offer you a redelivery of the same bouquet."

And they agreed to re-send the package, this is the other mail:

"We forwarded the request for a re-delivery from Monday to our
executing partner."

At the end they decided to not resend the package eventhough they clearly lost the package with the excuse that the recipient was not know in the address, thing that it's not true but even if it was they didn't even try to call the recipient to confirm that false info.

I'm not using this service again and I recommend you to do the same.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist wrong item delivered. would not deliver correct item nor give money back for their mistake.

Do not use euroflorist! I ordered a live plant (muguet) that I should be able to replant. They sent me cut flowers in a vase. When I notified them of their mistake they acknowledged the mistake and then offered me a 50 percent discount on the order. I wanted the plant I ordered and to return what they mistakenly delivered. They wrote back telling me that the season for the plant I wanted was over and was not available anywhere in belgium anymore. I checked their site and they were still selling this item and I easily found another site selling the same item in belgium. I brought this to their attention and told them I wanted my order or a my money back. Again they sent me a message telling me the season was over and could only give me 50 percent refund.in other words, I had to pay still pay 16 euros for their mistake (order €32) and the flowers they sent were already turning brown two days after delivery (which they say there is a 5 day guarantee). I gave them one more chance, telling them that I was "starting to get irritated" and never heard from them again. Do not trust this business!

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist my order did not arrive. you are extremely difficult to contact

A week before Mother's Day, I ordered roses for my mother. I have used your services before. My mother did not receive her flowers up to this day. I just called her in Germany. I have sent 3 e-mails to your company and called once. No one has the courtesy to call me back or send me an e-mail. I want my money back. Plus, I will not order from Euroflorist again. Non existent customer service.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist flowers for a grieving friend

I ordered flowers for a friend in Germany who had just lost her mother on 11/9/18. I was told delivery would take place 2 days after the order. When I spoke to her three weeks later no flowers have been delivered. I emailed to ask for a refund and got a link to a delivery company which stated that flowers had apparently been delivered, twice, I can tell you they have not been. Therefore as I see it I have had my money illegally taken and I want a refund as soon as possible. I used this company in good faith and this is the reward. Disgusting.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist bouquet never got delivered, customer service line is not in operation; looks like a scam company

i ordered a bouquet to be sent to my husband's office for his Birthday on his business trip. as the many reviews here stated, the bouquet never arrived. my husband is leaving for another city in the morning so he will never receive them.

my take is that Euroflorist is running a florist business like an online shopping store. they fail to see that flowers are very date specific items. without being delivered on the specific date, the flowers are meaningless. i can only imagine the people at Euroflorist running a food business. you order lunch for your son tomorrow, they deliever to him next week.

Personally, i think Euroflorist fail to understand nor deliver what they are selling. the website looks legit, fooling customers into thinking they are dealing with a responsible and transparent business. in reality, the number is not in operation and customer service by email that takes days for a reply is not for this sort of business. in my opinion, it is unscrupulous. i just asked my local florist about Euroflorist and her reply was "oh, they are jokers!". Need i say more?

I wouldn't recommend Euroflorist for special occasions, as wrongly advertised on their website. they do not understand the urgency of delivering flowers nor do they understand what flowers bring to occasions. Imagine ordering flowers for your wedding! They will deliver a week after! They disrespect the basic foundation of flower gifting and as said by others, the business is run very similarly to a scam company.

Lastly, Euroflorist is the only florist i have ever met who uses DHL to deliver bouquets. now do you get the picture? of course flowers don't arrive on specific dates! i repeat that Euroflorist run a florist business like an online shopping store. only difference is you do not even get a tracking number. Joke of the century indeed!

Have had the same experience. Flowers and wine not delivered to UK, emails have not been answered (after more than a week) and their telephone seems to be disconnected. Suspect a fraud!

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist bouquet of flowers (home delivery)

Euroflorist's services and network do not live up to delivering the nice pictures of bouquets they show online. Reality is much different than what you supposedly pay for. Even worse is the so-called make-up bouquet they were going to send afterwards. Did not happen. When I inquired about that later on they came up with a bogus story about how surprised the recipient was. Basically they tell you you are lying. Now they say it is 2 months after order date so nothing can be done. 100% satisfaction is what is stated on their website. So why are you unwilling to reimburse me? DO NOT USE EUROFLORIST!

I've sent to my girlfriend 'the wonder of orchids' named product which is on their website. But they sent her cheaper one named 'pink orchids'

İf I would like to send cheaper one I would send it. You can't decide instead of me!

I feel frustrated. I paid for 'the wonder of orchids' they've sent 'pink orchids'

Send her again the flower for that what I paid or give me my money back!

This is unacceptable!

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist flowers have not been delivered

I have placed an order for flowers delivery in Germany. I have received an email from DHL saying that the packet has not been delivered as the person wasn't at the address or the person's name is not on the doorbell. I also understood that they would try to deliver it again.
There was no card left at the address to inform of the delivery attempt nor anything to say to collect the flowers from a DHL depot. (As it stands in term and conditions on your website). The contact number that was on the order form has never been contacted either.

I have been ordering with euroflorist for some time now and am very disappointed with the poor service this time. I understand it is a DHL part that failed but I do not know where the packet is now and how can I get it deliver . It was a wedding bucket so it's even more disappointing now that it wasn't there on time.
Could you please resolve the issue for me, either by delivering the flowers again or placing a full refund of the order.

They are really bad. I also have ordered in Germany, but they have not delivered but still took out my money.
I called customer service. A woman told me off and put the phone down and told me to contact via email I wrote them few emails but i have not received any response. I am seeking for customer right to get refund. Bad service and please do not do business with. They took money and do not post any flowers.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Failed to deliver flowers

These guys are the worst flower delivery service ever! I do not recommend www.eflorist.co.uk to anyone. They failed to deliver flowers and that was a birthday surprise!
I found their contact phone number on their website and called to get some assistance, but they were unprofessional and were not able to tell me anything about my order status.
They also mentioned that I will be getting refund but still no sign of my money. This company is beyond terrible, don't waste your time and money and buy elsewhere.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Flower delivery

The orchids I ordered are not the orchids that arrived. The orchids I ordered were the luxe/large product PLA10_71 supposed to have three or four orchid plants in the pot. The orchids that arrived were the cheaper plain white orchids with only one plant in the pot with just two stems and not the five stems from the photo I ordered from. I would like a refund but preferably I would like the product I ordered delivered .

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist Fake order

On Nov 30th,

I received an email from Euroflorist, claiming I made an online order to be delivered to:

I emailed Euroflorist to explain that I was living in Asia, never placed the order and do not even know the lady the order will be delivered to.

They refused to admit and claimed it was a credit card fraud.

As the phone number of the person who placed the order was in the email I called the person living in Belgium, who admitted that he placed the order and he knew the lady he ordered the flowers for.

The coincidence in here being that the person has in fact the exact same name as me and an email address that is somehow "relatively" close to mine.

Despite all evidence, Euroflorist denies any wrong-doing from them and still claims I am the one who has ordered the flowers and they intend to charge my credit card accordingly.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist goods not as advertised

I ordered flowers from eflorist.com for my mother thanking her for her decision to have chemotherapy after being told by her Doctor she has Cancer in her liver.
I first ordered the Regular size Bouquet called " WOW ". The price for this including a vase and delivery was £41.85 . After maybe half an hour I phoned customer services and asked if they could change my order to the large size bouquet which was an extra £20, 00 bringing the total to £61.85.
My complaint is about the difference in what is advertised and what was delivered.
I have been offered £20 refund by eflorist but at first refused this offer as I did not think it was good enough due to the obvious difference to what is shown and what was delivered.
Since this time I decided to take them up on their offer of the £20 refund, and have emailed them about my this, but have had no response whatsoever, hence my contacting you to see if you can help me regarding this complaint.

Also on my invoice they have charged me for some other bouquet called " PARADE "

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order any flowers from eflorist.com...They will charge you at least an additional $15.00 for "conversion" of Canadian dollars to US dollars. The website states all prices are in US dollars. They are defrauding everyone who had ordered from them.

Euroflorist Europe / EFlorist overcharging

Placed an online floral delivery and was told a grand total which I accepted. Paid by VISA and even printed out an invoice for myself. When I received my bank statement I was charged $23.00 more than my invoice. When I called to complain, they stated "oh didn't anyone tell you that we are based in Canada?" Nowhere on the website does it mention that they are in Canada. Of course they stated that they are going to credit my account because they billed me in Canadian $. I have called three times and they have never credited my account. Now the phone number has been disconnected.
