E*Trade Financial review: Worst bank ever! Buyer beware!

Deposited $200k in Premium Savings account for supposedly a $2k bonus after 75 days. Kept the money in the account for the 75 days and was told by this crappy bank that they had placed my account on bad standing (unbeknownst to me) and were closing my account and denying my bonus. I basically kept my money for almost three months with a sub-standard rate with an idea that I would get my bonus, and the bank reneged at the end. I tried to contact them continuously for 3 weeks and no one would tell me why the account was placed in bad standing. I was told I would get a letter. I finally got it after 3 weeks and basically it said that they have a discretion at any point to close an account (unbeknownst to me - somewhere in the disclaimers). Please beware of this "bank", they really are not trustworthy and don't understand the meaning of customer service. Worst experience EVER!

Recommendation: STAY AWAY!
