Eternity Homes has been absolutely amazing. Everyone at Eternity Homes has made the process of building a home so exciting and enjoyable. Pat is so knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend Eternity Homes!

Currently working on our custom build with Eternity and are excited with the progress. Had our electrical walk through and the electrician was service driven and extremely informative. Great electrician to work with and trustworthy.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the process so far. The only hard part has been choosing what we like from all the choices. The honesty and upfront discussions have made our decisions easy. The transparency is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Every step of the process was done in a way that was straight forward and professional. All choices we were giving were top notch and good quality. Pat was very helpful in narrowing down our choices based on our prior decisions, helping to make the process less overwhelming. Very kind and patient.

Our experience with Pat and his staff at Eternity Homes was fantastic. He was beyond knowledgeable about his product. Pat completely understood our taste and was able to make great suggestions to complete our selections. He made the entire process easy and fun. We are so excited to move into our new Eternity home!

Eternity staffs have been very supportive and very detail in helping us throughout our planning and building process. They are very quick and straightforward in answering our queries. Pat has been very accommodating especially when changes are made, he has been very thorough and precise which help us understand better the process.

We bought a home from Eternity Homes in October and have had a good experience so far. We have had a few items that have needed repair in the first few weeks which was disappointing, but they have been quick to respond and send someone to make the repairs. The home was already finished when we purchased so I cannot speak to the building process, but they were very easy to deal with and made the closing experience very smooth.

Pat made every single decision a breeze! There were so many amazing standard options to choose from- also so many upgrade options. We were able to do our entire home only selecting standard options- Thats how many options there were! I left our meeting so happy and confident in every decision we made. I can't wait to see everything when our home is complete. Pat- Thank you again for being so knowledgeable and passionate about helping your buyers create their dream home!

After 3 years of patience, Pat is not a man of his word or documentation. He refuses to repair items agreed to from our 10 day list. Eternity hires unprofessional people to manage project, resulting in incomplete and not built to code, "everything will be fixed after the 1yr walk through". If he calls it a gift, it will not get fixed properly. *Call your city building inspector and ask about the quality EH provides. He doesn't pay his contractors so prepare for a lien on your home before closing. Steer clear smooth sales team, poor business and customer satisfaction execution.

We recently completed the build of our new home and just moved in. We went with the Vail floor plan, and couldn't be happier. The house is enormous and has a very open feel to it. We knew we wanted to build, and knew exactly what we wanted in our new home. Other builders we met with could meet 95% of what we wanted, but we always seemed to have to sacrifice one thing to get something else. For example...a 4 car garage AND a sport court. All the other builders only offer one or the other, but not both. We also found that the lots were noticeably larger with EH, and they were more flexible in allowing us to modify things...like extending out a wall, or making a room slightly larger. These came with a cost, but other builders simply stated that we could not make ANY modifications from the original floor plan. As for the property lots, I did NOT want to be in a neighborhood where the houses are right on top of each other. These lots are huge...ours is nearly a half acre, and our neighbors are spaced out more than other subdivisions we looked at. EH is a true custom home builder and we also found that their selection of upgrades was more unique and had a wider variety of options to choose from. Many of their standard options were considered upgrades with the other builders we looked at. Upon moving in, their customer service has been amazing! As with any new build, there will be some minor issues you find after moving in. When we came across a few items that we felt needed to be addressed, we got a call within 24 hours and the issue was resolved immediately. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing, and our home is perfect! We could not be happier.

We bought our house on August 2nd and we still haven't got our garage door opener installed. They said it's on backorder, but we know that's not true because we can buy it at Lowes or ***. Eternity Homes has our $800 and they're not doing the job they were paid to do. They won't even give us our money back so we can do it ourselves. They say it's mortgage fraud, but that's just an excuse. It's been seven weeks and they still haven't done anything. Eternity Homes doesn't care about their customers or their promises. This is not the first time they've done this.

We had some problems with Eternity Homes. They fixed a leak in our water pipe under the driveway in October . Eternity Homes should fix the parts of our driveway that were torn up. They knew about this for 10 months. We emailed them in March *** They didn't answer our questions and didn't help us. They blamed the cement contractor for the work not being done. They sent us vague and unhelpful emails. The work is still not done (as of 9/7). Eternity Homes is responsible for the work. We have been waiting for months. They need to take responsibility and fix the driveway.

We made our house in July and throughout the year we turned in things that were wrong and were often times told to wait until the 1 year, which we agreed to. In January we turned in a large bowed patio window that was separated from the casing and cold air was coming through. We were told to wait until the 1 year. Pat came through 2 weeks ago and said he finds that hard to believe and was not interested in looking at the pics we provided from January. Our microwave is turning our cabinets white and he stated we must be using it wrong or over using it! He told us to go to home depot to buy the part to fix it. we are currently fighting about our master bathroom which squeaks terribly. During our walk through he did not even walk into the bathroom. Instead he stayed back in the master bedroom and let us walk across it while stating there was nothing he can do and blamed it on the friction of the duct work and the weight of the tile. He stated if the floor was not secure it would have cracked, but didn't come in to look for himself if it was cracked. We have had several contractors out there as well as a tiler who state the floor is moving and the subfloor is either not secured to the joists or the cement board is not secured to the subfloor. The tile is still secured to the cement board, which is why it hasn't cracked yet but it will and it needs to be ripped up and replaced. we have tried to get him to do the right thing but he refuses and lied to his staff saying he looked at it and it wasn't an issue. I have video of the floor proving it is an issue. He pays clients $100 for good reviews to drowned out the bad ones! Every person in our neighborhood has had bad experiences with Eternity. He only wants to fix the things his subcontractors have to cover but not the things done wrong by his guys. He said he can't get a subcontractor out to look at the floor when there is nothing he can do, but that's a lie and he uses his own guys for tiling.
