I purchased the item that was listed on their website as a New Plantronics M90 Bluetooth. I received a total different item. I contact the business and they said it was an upgrade. If I had any issues with it to contact the manufacturer. Additionally, the item does not work. I requested a refund and Esurebuy.com refused.
I've contacted my credit card company for assistance as these is a regular practice for this business. There are no phone numbers listed to try and speak to someone and resolve the matter.
Desired outcome: A refund
