eSureBuy.com review: false advertisment - unethical behaviour!

Order and Received Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth which was advertised as new but had clearly been used (probably the same one received by another victim that posted a complaint for same product). I sent the product back they refunded the product cost but not the shipping cost. They did not respond to my request to refund the shipping. You're better off to leave this guy be, he will rip you off. No phone number or address on website.
