Estes Express Lines review: Failed to deliver even after confirmation

I had a delivery scheduled for delivery on 5/22/25. After trying 4 times to get in touch with someone to set an appointment window they finally called around noon on 5/22 and confirmed delivery would be made that day. I had to take off because package required a signature & the original email said it would be delivered between 7am-5pm. About 2pm I get a text from the driver saying he had cancelled the delivery because he couldn’t make the window they gave him. I asked how when they never set a delivery window and the driver told me that they told him about it at 1pm and said it had to be delivered by 2pm. So after a ton of arguing, via email, with the dispatch office they said they could not find a driver to deliver it. The original driver WANTED to deliver once I told him there was no special timeframe because I had already taken a day off so he could drop it at 10pm for all I care. The dispatch office refused to send the delivery back to him! So now I have no one available to sign for it as I will be gone for the next 2 weeks! ESTES IS TRASH!
