My wife was accused of 3 gas thefts by your franchisee owner from the tillsonburg station last night (February 12, 2020). My understanding is that the speadpass technology on his pumps is not going through although all the lights, beeps and prompts are working indicating that all is well. Further to that the pump allows you to actually pump gas. Apparently they are authorizing on the inside but not informing people there are payment related issues. Rather than come outside or even come on the intercom and indicate there was a payment issue the man instructed the store clerk to authorize the pump again and then called the police. The police came with 3 cruisers and surrounded my wife making for an extremely embarrassing and horrifying situation for my wife and 9 yr old daughter to go through.

This is the worst possible way that this situation could of been handled. We have been speedpass holders for probably about a decade and never has anything like this ever happened. Further to that my business is located exactly a 60 sec drive up the road from this station and so this could of been solved in a much more civil approach.

I am the owner of 4 businesses in town and my wife is the principal of a school. For us to have been treated in this manner is despicable.
