Sola Salon Studios Overcharged for a service that wasn’t complete

I was referred by someone who always go to Lariah Smith. Paid $200 for a “silk press”! The pic with emoji is how my hair looked 32 mins after leaving her shop. While I was sitting I told her I didn’t like but instead of her saying we can do a braid down or something else since it’s clearly not working she told me she think I’ll like it once I get dolled up...

Sola Salon Studios Doubled charged and wanted chunky highlights

I booked an appointment with Amy Yurko for highlights and a haircut it’s stated that it was $98 for that service well when I got to see her she suggested to make my hair all one color wow adding highlights I agreed and I told her I wanted chunky highlights which I didn’t get she charged me $98 for a color and touchup she charged me $45 for highlights in color and then she charges five dollars for a service fee for what I don’t know and she won’t fix my hair even after I explained everything to her

Desired outcome: I want some sort of refund and chunky highlights in my hair And my name is Tracy Corrie

Yesterday I signed up for an appointment at this Zoey Van Jones brow waxing studio, but it is apparently no longer in business. The current Tenant is now a nail salon. Sola Salon Studios Sola Salon - Studio 25 - Riverchase Village

The woman in Sola Salon Studio 25 ruined my hair!!! She cut far more than I requested and then tried to pretend that she didn't. I guess that she thought that I wouldn't say anything, but I am speaking out. If you are growing your hair, PLEASE do not go to Sola Salon, Studio 25, in Hoover (Birmingham, AL). She loves to cut hair off!!! Even if you do not want it.
