They got the best installers
They got the best installers. They're real pros, know their stuff, and are super polite. One of them even took out my garbage. They always cleaned up after themselves. Leigh is a great designer. She designed 2 full bathrooms for me. I'm over the moon and would tell anyone to go for it!

I signed a contract with Envision Remodeling on 7/1. They said they'd be done in 8-10 weeks (August 26th to September 29th). But they didn't finish and didn't call me. I called them and asked for another date. They gave me one, but they didn't finish then either. I called again and got a third date, but they didn't finish that time either. They gave me a fourth date of 12/17 and said they'd give me my deposit back if they didn't finish. They didn't finish, but now they won't give me my deposit back. They said it's nonrefundable. I want my $12,500 back like they promised.

I hired Envision Remodeling LLC to redo my bathroom in December . We picked out the materials and they said they'd be done in 16-18 weeks, which would've been March or April. I called in April and they said it'd be done by May. But when May came, they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. They said it'd be done in 5-6 more weeks, which would be mid-June. I put down $5000 for materials and bought a vanity, lighting, mirror, and toilet. They've been sitting in a room, taking up space, and I feel like I've been scammed. I've called several times and asked to speak to the owner, but she won't return my calls. I'm very unhappy with this company and won't recommend them to anyone.
