Our shower drain was cloged to the point where it wasn't draining at all. We tried to snake the drain and had a hard time getting to the clog. In the process, we found a leeking pipe, so we had a plumber from a different company come out, give us a pretty high quote, and told us they couldn't be back till the following week to fix it because it was a couple hour job. So I called drain master, they came out the next morning, fixed it on the spot (less than an hour) and charged way less!*** was our technician and he was super friendly, informative, and answered all the questions! I will definitely be calling drain master for any future needs!

On 7/22, Drainmaster Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came over to fix a clog in our pipes. The employee tried to clear the clog by using a snake in the soil stack. Unfortunately, the snake got stuck. The employee called their boss for help, and they decided to try another snake. But guess what? That one got stuck too! The boss then told the employee to come back the next day.

On 7/23 in the morning, the employees returned and managed to remove the stuck snakes from the soil stack. We paid them and they left. However, in the evening, we noticed that the clog was still there. It hadn't been completely fixed.

Feeling frustrated, we called the boss on 7/24. He informed us that we would have to pay for additional time. We were surprised because there were no time deadlines mentioned on the invoice. The job was not completed, and now we have to wait for another drain person to come out. All we want is a refund so that the job can finally be finished.

I contacted this business because my drain was clogged. The owner sent a technician who didn't know anything about plumbing! I told him I had a grinder on my toilet, but he still tried to snake through the toilet and ended up breaking the grinder box. He kept flushing the toilet, which caused a lot of water to back up in the shower pan. Then he just left without doing anything about it, so water started leaking downstairs. When I called the owner and told him that the water needed to be taken care of, he told his worker to use a shop vac to get rid of it. But guess what? The shop vac was broken and didn't work. I had to call another plumber to come and talk to the owner about the damage his employee caused. I asked him to fix the problem, but he just blamed me for not telling his employee about the grinder box and started yelling at me, saying "it's not my problem." Then he hung up on me.
