Balcony install done poorly and now left with damage
Installed 4 new balconies for us last summer. The sealant underneath one of the sliding doors to hold the vinyl to the balcony has been melting and dripping and ruining the brand new vinyl (they used some cheap tar strip tape). I had citywide come assess to repair their error, and they claimed it wasn’t them who caused it and blamed the sliding door installer - but the sliding door people installed the door the year prior. Citywide then said it would be for them to repair the problem - their own poor work. I then had the door installers come just to verify it wasn’t their doing, and when I tried to contact Citywide again, they ghosted me and did not uphold the contract we have guaranteeing the work quality. I emailed them many times and even reported them to the BBB. They ghosted the BBB and are now under review as a result. Avoid this company.
ISSUE RESOLVED. Citywide came out to assess the situation and have offered to fix it (it turned out to be product from the door installation the year prior but we could only ascertain that once citywide peeled off the sealing metal bar on the vinyl, which my door installers aren't allowed to do without risking voiding the guarantee from citywide).

I hired Citywide Sundecks and Railings in April to fix up my sundeck. They finished the job and I paid them in full. But in November , a leak started where they had worked on the deck. I talked to Paul B, the boss man who gave me the quote and managed the project. He came over on November 15th and saw the problem. He said he'd send someone to fix it soon. But I haven't heard back from him since then. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing him many times, but he hasn't responded. The Citywide website says they have a guarantee, but I sent it to Paul and still no answer. I feel like I've been totally ignored by Paul and Citywide since November 15th.
