Endurance Warranty Services review: scam!

After careful research, I decided to add an extended warranty on my 2004 f150 since i had planned on keeping it for the long haul. Shortly after the warranty was added, i began to notice idling issues with the truck as well as stumbling. I took it in to the local ford house for them to diagnose and was rewarded with "It needs a new engine, the cam phasers have failed and damaged multiple parts." I immediately began doing research on the 5.4 Triton motor only to find out it's complete garbage. After paying $1, 300 for ford to tear it down for the Endurance adjuster to review, i was notified that the engine would not be covered due to wear and tear. REALLY? Of all the awful companies iv'e ran across, this is by far the absolute worst! After further review of the contract, there is nothing stating it wouldn't cover the engine! There was a parts failure which they try to claim is common wear and tear. A piece of advice for anyone considering Endurance for their needs...do not. It is a complete scam as everything is subjective and they will get out of a claim at all costs! They do not stand by their promise of customer satisfaction!
