Worst service and incompetent staff of eps business consultancy in caloocan city
This company offers a lot of freebies and privileges when they are selling their membership to.possible clients But when you paid your membership fee and will avail of your complimentary voucher your nightmare will begin. Aug 12, 2015 I called their office to reserve an overnight accommodation in Widus Hotel and Casino on Oct 17, 2015. Since its 2 mos advance booking Im expecting I won't have any prob. Their reservation staff Josh informed me that she will place my reservation in the said hotel and will call me for the confimation. Constant follow up once done but until last Oct 5 Josh told me that they cant accommodate me because the hotel was fully booked. I didnt believe her so I called the hotel reservation thru Tere Brillantes and Regina Cabigting that there.was an available room but Eps business consultancy did not submit my name for reservation. Last Oct 9 I called Eps again and talked to Trisha, superior of Josh and told me that they can't do anything about my concern and what she can do is booked me to a higher room but I have to pay the additional fee of P5000. I was so disgusted with this because I believe that my right as a consumer/client was violated. I hope my complaint will be given proper action and this company will be liable for the damage it has brought me.

inadequate service
Elite Singles have taken a subscription fee from me, but are not fulfilling their contractual obligation, i.e., to provide me with between 3 and 7 profiles a day. They frequently provide only 2, 1 or sometimes no profiles at all .
I write to their customer care department each time this happens, but nothing is ever done, either to improve the service or to compensate me for my loss .

Unauthorized transactions
I ordered something from elite in May and they now have been taking up to 8 transactions per month for product I am not receiving. They are ripping everyone off!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Truly sad, they talk about their contact form to contact tt, but that form does NOT exist on their site. SCAM beware people.
I was surprised to see in my credit card statement a charge for 101.70 for EliteSingles. I did not renew the membership. I was not notified either about the renewal.
As of August 1st 2023, I have closed the account as it reverted back to a non-premium status. Not wanting to use their services further, the account was deleted and even answered the survey at the end.
Now, I am asked to pay a due for another month of service which I did not use nor will I use.
I thought I was signing up for a monthly fee for 6 months - not $219.00 at one time or I would never have joined. It is misleading and then you cannot find anyway to speak to anyone. I am done. I want a refund now. I want to cancel my membership.

I paid subscription for the webpage but cannot access it. I follow the pages to log in yet the website just advises wrong password or user id. Page referred to does not provide a text box block to change password.
No way to contact Elite singles since they took my subscription money
I am receiving potential match candidates totally far from my age and the details that are in my profile. Elite single contact from or customer service does not exist at all.

The purpose of our booking a HOTEL ACCOMMODATION is to give us a relaxing and a great adventure to my co-employees(consist of 25 persons), however a day before our flight June 2, 2018 you give us big problems by hanging in the air, our intended hotel accommodation and itinerary on our thailand tour from June 2 to 4, 2018. You told us that everything was okay and nothing to worry and that you will send us our confirmation voucher for the hotel. But last minute (May 31, 2018) you were asking us to reschedule our flight and that you found it difficult to booked us thru your operator.
In this regard, we booked our own accommodation, we found out that it so easy for booking accommodation as compared to what you said that you found it difficult.

Hi! My mom also bought a voucher from you EPS. This is for Midori hotel in Clark. I called you and asked ypu to book the room 1 month before the date. I called you several times to confirm and your staff repeatedly told me that it is confirmed. Come 2 days before the booking, you will tell us na wala available room? If there was no available room how come you kept on saying it was confirmed?
Isa din ako sa naloko ng EPS na yan at pinaasa pa ni Chris Menchavez. Pinadaan pa ako sa Asia Travel pero pina cancel din ung Booking sa Widus Hotel. May hawak akong free overnight sa Widus na galing sa EPS at hindi pwedeng I deny na kasama yan sa binili kong package. Sana yumaman pa kayo sa pangloloko nyo. Nag bayad pa ako ng 4100 dahil may 1 voucher na gusto ko i avail. Nangako i refund pero hindi ginagawa. Ayaw sagutin ni Chris Menchaves ang ilang ulit na tawag ko pati ang landline nila hindi na din matawagan. Dami na pala nyo naloko.
