Elite Singlesinadequate service

Elite Singles have taken a subscription fee from me, but are not fulfilling their contractual obligation, i.e., to provide me with between 3 and 7 profiles a day. They frequently provide only 2, 1 or sometimes no profiles at all .
I write to their customer care department each time this happens, but nothing is ever done, either to improve the service or to compensate me for my loss .

    I do not wish to have a 12 month subscription!! You have taken £155.40 out of my bank account, please refund it immediately!!! I would then like my account to be cancelled.

    To whom it may concern, I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year now and I am more than fed-up!

    I have sent numerous requests through, even received confirmation of cancellation but still they deduct almost ZAR300 of my account every month!!!
