I paid this company over $10,000 to help me, and nothing was done. I was promised their attorneys to have my back if something happened. well I now have a judgement against me and price law group did absolutely nothing to help. Now I owe the creditor $500 more then I originally did. All the attorney told me to do is agree to it. I can not get any follow ups from a supervisor or anyone to help me now that I am found at fault and have a judgement against me.

I have been with Elite now for almost two years. Coming out of a divorce with a lot of spousal debt that kind of rested on my shoulders to clean up. Got in touch with Elite and things could not have gone better. They are a terrific company that really cares about their customers, and at 58 years old, Ive seen and heard lots of them over the years. None of them have helped me personally like Elite. My credit score for one, went from 550 to 651 in less than a year into the program! Very excited about where this is headed and thanks to *** and her team for getting me back on the right track.

I am in AWE of the Services that this company is offering me to help in repairing my credit and in helping me to pay off my Debts. I have been with Elite for 8 months now .For about the last year I had been receiving letters about getting out of debt and I would such throw them out and 8 months ago I received a letter in the mailbox from Elite and when I looked at it there was such a calming sense of peace that came over me and I picked up the phone and called. Which has turned out to be the best phone call of my live. I had been living on about $25.00 a month after my bills where paid and now I have money to live on and some money in a saving account and I have been able to get life insurance. Felt good about the company at first. Representatives are friendly and professional, finanial guidance was nice. But then I got sued, and when I looked into my other accounts they are still showing derogatory on my credit. I no longer get phone calls from them, but none of them are resolved. Elite DMS refused to refund me the money I paid in for the account I was sued over, they simply didn't make me make my last payment, which did not equate to what I paid in. So my credit score has dropped, I still owe everyone money, and I paid Elite all this money for nothing unfortunately. Hugely disappointed in myself for not working things out and/or settling with creditors to begin with.

Thank you elite dms! I just completed my program and for the first time in my life I'm debt free AND have good credit. I have to admit i was skeptical at first. But when I started this journey 24 months ago, I had over $15,000 in credit card debt, my credit score was in the low 600s because of the debt, and I had almost no savings. I didn't know what to do. My account manager advised me every step of the way, including getting me to put money aside on a regular basis. Thanks to this company that truly cares about their clients, now my credit score is 724, I have no debt and I have several thousand dollars in my savings account. I would recommend this service to anyone that has debt and credit issues like I did.

I am beyond pleased with this program. My account manager, Jordan, was professional, faithful to call, and quite informed of all aspects of my program. Because Jordan was able to answer my questions and counsel as to what steps to take, my credit rating went from poor to excellent in the 2 years I was enrolled in the program. I just recently graduated. One of the best parts of the program is the accessibility to my manager or even to his manager. I did not have to wait lengthy periods of time to have any questions answered, and I was able to talk to Jordan and/or his manager when I needed to. I thoroughly encourage anyone with a poor credit rating who wants to improve to enroll in this program. I am quite pleased with the program and outcome.

If I could give Elite DMS a zero stars I would, I was blackmailed by this company into removing my first negative review about how they took my money after I told them I didn't want to do business with their company. When I signed up I thought I was paying them to settle my debts with my credit card companies, That is not what they do, They let your accounts go into collections then tell the collection company that you don't owe them the money. Then you pay them to fight an unwinnable fight and it will cost you more money. I am still waiting for my refund they claimed was sent out 2 weeks ago by certified mail, luckily my credit union did a stop payment and gave me my money back. Just know you are paying them to take your money and let you go into further debt.

I started this program quite some time ago and was reluctant and not sure how everything was going to play out today on March 22, *** the time that I belong to this program and my program will actually end in 4 more payments. The professionalism and expertise that I have received has gone way above my expectations my mindset has changed dramatically since becoming a client I think twice before I pull out my credit card and if I do use my credit card or need to use my credit card my thought process is now pay that balance with my next paycheck . I had monthly calls with my account manager and she was always on time and professional each time we spoke and often had helpful tips. I will forever be indebted to DM Elite and their program.

Do NOT waste your money! Complete SCAM! Im not sure how in the world they are accredited by the ComplaintsBoard.com! We made payments of over 600$ a month for 16 months and literally NOTHING was settled on our accounts by elite DMS. We ended our contract with them only 2 months prior to the date they told us we would be debt free because we saw that nothing was being done and we were wasting our time and money. *** was the guy who handled our account and he changed his story everytime we spoke to him toward the end then would deny he said things he had said which is initially what raised the red flags for us. Not to mention the communication with him was terrible. We have received court notices from accounts *** claimed were settled so in all those months and all the hard earned money we spent EliteDMS did nothing. Do not buy into their scam.

Avoid these scammers at all cost. From the moment I signed up with them I told them I had a cosigner and they told me to not worry about it that we would never have to pay it because it was charged off. That's not true it still has to be paid off. From day one they said if you get calls from them to let us know we will get you compensation. I still haven't seen a dime. From the beginning Art and *** told me not to worry about it that it's disputed. Another lie. Now we are about to be sued and all the Manager *** can say is we did our job. That's a joke. If you can settle or work out a deal with your creditors it will be better off. This company just takes your money. My sister in law signed up with them and told *** that she did not want to enroll certain accounts he told her don't worry about lets put them on we will take care of them. My sister in law ended up getting sued by two creditors and when she called EDMS Elite they told her they couldn't help her. I paid these crooks over *** dollars. Again avoid these scammers at all cost

I have gone all the way pretty much through this program. They told me several times it was taken care of. I said I didn't think it was due to the fact that I was still getting collection letters and lots of legal papers. and then I got served a summons to appear in court. As soon as that happened they cancelled that card company from There plan... I was also told that all the debt you owe they have seven years that they can do the same and take it to court and once your summoned to court they just dump you and say good luck. Now you owe more money then you did when it started. People giving these reviews have not been through the whole Seven year's maybe they *** you maybe they don't. But if they do your still paying and at that point you get to pay legal fee's and collection fee's also. So I'd suddgest a different route I wish I had now. But good news! I only have to pay them one more payment... Even though I only had three more anyway... Find another way! Now I'm paying the lawyer for the debt collection company more money then I owed! Do t use this company!"

I was drowning in debt. i was receiving disconnection notices all the time for my utility services. i was receiving numerous collection calls. i had so many credit cards and trying to keep up with the due dates were a mess. was getting hit lots of interest and late fees. i'm not sure how i found elite dms but i am forever grateful! i was scared to death to take the leap and 2 years seemed like forever but honestly, it flew by. my account manager Ornit was amazing. we walked me through bills and collection calls every month. she gave me advice on how to handle the calls and i listened to all her suggestions. later in the program Ornit suggested several things to do to help build my credit. she also helped with a household budget. i just finished the program the end of may *** and my family financially. NO MORE LATE CALLS. NO MORE COLLECTION CALLS. NO MORE DISCONNECTION NOTICES/CALLS. I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS NOW, A GOOD CREDIT SCORE THAT CONTINUES TO CLIMB AND I CAN FINALLY SLEEP AT NIGHT NOT WORRYING ABOUT BILLS AND MONEY. i was sooooo scared to do this, but its been AMAZING! thanks Elite and super thanks to Ornit.

Was signed up for the program for 18 months (@ $314/mo). While they performed assistance in the beginning, the help started to slow down and basically I was told there was nothing else to do but wait it out. I was facing 4 Charge Offs and 2 Collection Accounts.I assumed that as a knowledgeable credit repair agency, they would know that creditors such as *** and First Premier will not sell their accounts to *** but prefer to keep in house and report monthly (further damaging my scores). I THOUGHT they would contact these creditors and possibly work out a settlement agreement - nope. No such luck.I emailed through their supervisor chat feature online and was sent an email from ***.letting me know that Charge Offs and Collections have no bearing to my credit score. NowI know Im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to credit scores, but I do know that collections (paid or unpaid) and charge-offs (only second to BK) hurt scores the most.I find their supervisors expertise to be extremely lacking and have since resorted to handling the remaining baddies myself. I was able to have both collection accounts agree to PFD and have reached settlement amounts for 3 out of the 4 original creditors.Dont waste your money thinking this company can do anything more than you can do with a little research @ My Fico Forums.

Hello I just want to say that I and my husband entered this program 30 months ago, we remember being a little skeptical at first but we both decided in agreement so that we may gather all of our financial accounts get rid of all credit cards also to stay in agreement between the two of us to not to over spend for things we want and only focus on what we needed, not to open any new Credit Card accounts or Revolvong Credit accts. ( furniture appliances ect.) and I do mean around 19 to 22 accounts that we pretty much definitely needed help in fixing our credit I like to give "Thanks " to Elite Solutions for being understandable in the time of personal illneses and death in my family where they were efficient and convenient to the point of keeping up with or scheduled time to phone conference and they always kept in touch with us and that was the best part too very reachable any day or time whether you phone email or if i.left a message on the acct. very prompt to get back with you and a detailed message on v.mail is what I also enjoyed , and best of all my accts were all taken care of and I.like to Thank Larry L. For always being on top of all the letters responses, call backs, ect. because even times I were not avail. He still made sure that did not hold him up on completing his work .I definitely will be recommending my Friends and Family for any help in trying to get their Finances in order along with raising your credit scores and also the availability that if any questions are help is needed to give them a call back and they will be there as a follow up along the way with some others suggestions because our plan is to get that "Dream Home " with our credit scores increasing and back to the top so that we will be ready to purchase by the end of the year , so now we can start building credit again yah..
