I've placed an order with Wilsons Leather. Shipping was taking to long so I contacted their customer service and asked what was going on and when will my order arrived. Their rep said that my order was shipped a long time ago and said that it'll be here any time soon.
Waited another few weeks and decided to cancel my order. Their rep said that it was not possible since my order was shipped.
Only later I finally found out that my order was not in stock and they never shipped me anything! What a scam! Glad they gave me my money back.
I still have not receiived the jacket
I did order a leather jacket online on november 17th 2006. The Item was sent out on november 19th 2006. It was misshipped then reshipped on november 24th 2006. I still have not receiived the jacket. I contacted the Company and told them to just refund my money. I was informed that was not possible because they had no idea where my order was. All I want is my money back. I did talk to a supervisor she was rude and unfriendly. In the meantime i contacted the postal service and they also have no clue what happened to my order. I have tracking number but that does not help.
