I purchased a costume for $149 from them and received tracking information. I'm used to cosplay items taking quite a while to get to me by mail but was getting frustrated after 3 weeks of checking tracking info and seeing "awaiting fulfillment" as it's status. So I emailed them and received an email back several days later saying the item I ordered was out of stock (it was NOT according to their site when I ordered it), and asking if I wanted to select another product or receive a refund. I asked for a refund and was assured I would receive it.
It's been over a month and I have not gotten a refund yet. I have emailed them several times about the issue and recieved no responses, and a couple times I've gone to their website only to see the site is shut down. I'm extremely angry and frustrated and regret buying from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Total scam. As soon as i ordered costumes from them their website disappeared and i could not contact anyone though email or phone. Avoid at all cost.
Update. Just received an email from efunlive informing me “Yes, something wrong on our website, the domain name already expired and we forget to renewal fee.
But when we are going to pay it, the domain has been bought by others.
So we change to another domain name. ”
Very odd. I ordered it on September 16 and will receive it on October 12, hopefully.

The worst part was that it actually never arrived and I never received the costume. Customer service was absolutely useless and unhelpful, they were not able to explain what was going on and every time I contacted them they asked me to be patient. Later they simply stopped replying.
