Bad customer service experience! I paid thousands for a camper and wasn't allowed to go back to the shop to learn how to use it. The service guy said only two people can learn at a time, which isn't fair since four of us bought it. I called and left messages but no one called back. They ruined my day and my first camper purchase! Terrible company!

I got scammed by the service manager. After sales, they said my trade-in would be worth over 10k towards the Keystone Alpine. But when the service department found out my wife and I were living in it, they wouldn't come to look at it on-site. We had to hire a hauler to take it to their place, which meant we had to stay at a hotel. Then, they didn't give us anything for the trade-in like they promised. I had no choice but to buy a new camper. But then, just 5 miles down the road, the new camper blew 2 tires. Edmundson wouldn't even change the tires or loan me a ***! This place is full of scam artists, especially the service department.

I took my 4 month old camper to Edmundson RV Sales, Inc. to get the air conditioning fixed because it wasn't working. When I first got it, the air wouldn't come out of the vents and I called them, but they said that's how it's supposed to be. This is not true. The parts and service manager didn't know anything when we talked. I had to call for updates even though they said they would call me. He had to ask other people and then tell me. They said our air conditioner works perfectly because they tested it in an air conditioned bay. But we can't get our camper to cool below 80 degrees, and they didn't want to test it outside overnight. I won't recommend them to anyone or go back. There was also an unhappy customer in the shop while we were there who told us not to use them for anything because they had his RV all winter and never fixed the problem. I recommend Mt Comfort where my family got theirs. They had a problem when they first bought it, but they fixed it the same day and even recorded what the situation was. Don't waste your time or money at Edmundson.

I had a terrible experience with Edmundson RV Sales, Inc. They did a repair on my RV's roof, but unfortunately, they broke my A/C unit in the process. Now they're giving me a hard time about fixing it. They told me I need to drop it off and wait two weeks before they can even determine what the problem is. It's frustrating and disappointing.

Got a new camper from Edmundson RV in June . Took it in for service on October 28, for a Service Bulletin from the manufacturer. They were gonna replace the kitchen window seal and inspect the roof (yearly roof inspection recommended). On April 2, 2022, I picked it up with all repairs done. But when I got home, the window seal was already coming out. That night it rained and water leaked from the roof. Not cool for a company that had our camper for over 5 months.

We was haulin' our travel trailer down the highway when a tire flew off. The tow guy never showed, so we limped it into Edmundsons hopin' they could help. At first, they wasn't sure if they had all the right parts (had to get a whole new studs for the drum) to get us up and runnin' in a timely manner and it would take a few weeks. As full-time RVers, we had all of our stuff in there so we wasn't sure what to do. We ended up gettin' a cabin for the night. These folks said it was all fixed. Charged $400 for a used wheel and labor. Fine. BUT it wasn't fixed. I barely made it to the campground an hour away, all highway. Then when I called and provided pictures, they blamed ME and said I had to have hit somethin'! Are you kiddin' me?! This happened on Friday, October 8.

I bought a brake controller from Edmundson RV on February 7, along with a pop-up camper. The camper was too heavy for my Subaru Outback, so I cancelled the purchase. I kept the brake controller and bought a lighter trailer in mid-February. Due to COVID-19, the trailer wasn't available until July. On August 18, smoke started pouring out from under and above the dashboard of my car while investigating a rattling noise in the mounting bracket of the trailer brake controller. I took it to a trailer towing system in Indianapolis, and they found that the brake controller had been miswired. The wiring was repaired for $369.55, but the source of the smoke was not found. I took the car to a Subaru dealer, and they found that the main wiring harness under the dashboard had burned and exposed wiring. The inspection cost $120, and I paid $2,468.50 to have it replaced. I tried to contact Edmundson RV, but no one responded. I sent a letter requesting reimbursement of $2,958.05, but there has been no response.
