My best friend ordered me an edible arrangement from this location and I was so not satisfied. Every piece of fruit was bitter. I called and spoke with the owner about the fruit being bitter and he would not remake or refund my friend her money back. You all should stand behind your product. He was very rude. I then called 203-774-5357 to not get any help. The first person I spoke with here on 07/22/2019 told me that he spoke with the owner and he would not remake the arrangement. He then told me that a refund would be processed in 7 days. I gave the store more time than needed to rectify the situation, sill nothing. I call back to 203-774-5357 8/6/2019 to ask why the refund had not been sent back to the card, the owner still did not process is what I was told. I spoke with several employees on 08/07/2019, 08/08/2019 and now 08/09/2019 all in which told me that they requested a manger call back for me. Still nothing. I am so up set with the fact that there is no policy for your customers not being satisfied with fruit and service.
