Ed Dena's Auto Center

We bought a car from Ed Dena's Auto Center and paid cash for it. It was my daughter's first car and she needed it for school. We were told that the tags, registration, and pink slip would arrive in two weeks, but we waited and nothing came. We called and were told that there was a delay at the DMV and it would take two more weeks. Two weeks passed and still nothing. We called the DMV and found out that the car had outstanding fees and was in someone else's name. We bought the car from a dealer and paid cash, so we were confused. We called the dealer and were told that the person who could help was out sick for two weeks. We called the main office at Ed Dena's and were told that we should have received a temporary plate. We called the dealer again and they said it had to come from the main office. We went back and forth and no one took responsibility. A week later, we finally spoke with someone who said they would expedite the payment and send it off today. We feel like the car should never have been sold with outstanding fees and it should have been taken care of immediately since we paid cash.
