I understand that this is a complaint board, there are so many negative experiences that my experience warranted a 5-star acknowledgement to Janet or Janae, I think from Las Vegas.
In my early 70's, navigating the EchoPark website is difficult for me and my wife. I tried to avoid it all cost. I wanted to pay the $500 to hold the Mercedes in Thornton, however the website would not cooperate. I spend almost a half and hour before giving up.
I called the number on the website and was connected to Janet, the person before her seemed rude and agitated with my questions and rushed me off the phone. Janet was very patient and kind, she walked me through the process. I've told my family, friends, and neighbors about my experience.
EchoPark do whatever you need to do to keep her.
