EchoPark Automotive review: Purchased a car

I purchased a car from Echo Park in Roseville CA on September 19, 2026.
We were there for 8 hours, it was miserable.
I arrived with a pre approved loan from my bank.
After I got home i realized that we had not signed a contract.
I contacted them several times before they finally got back to me.
On September 22 they brought the contract to my work to be signed.
On September 30th I received a certified letter from them. It was a Notice of Election to Cancel due to delay in funds.
The letter asked that I call them immediately, which I did.
the phone number listed on the letter was not in working order so I called the regular number and was told that the person I needed to speak with was busy and would return my call.
I called 2 more times that day and was never called back.
Today is October 3rd and I have still been unable to contact anyone.
I have sent several emails and no respone to those either.
At this point I guess my only option is to get an attorney.
Also I have proof from my bank that the loan has already been processed.
