Ecco online purchase

I recently purchased two pairs of shoes in a sale from what I thought was the Ecco website. I received no information about when they would be delivered and today I received a pair of sunglasses through the post from China. I see from other online forums that there is a fraudulent Ecco website which looks exactly like the real one. I appear to have been a victim of this. There needs to be more surveillance of fraudulent web sites and Ecco should make efforts to check them out. I received the information about the Ecco sale on Facebook.

Ecco ecco golf shoes, natural motion, grey, light grey red

I received the Echo Biom golf shoes for my Christmas present. I think I've worn them four or five times and two cleats have fallen off. I went to the store where they were purchased and they don't have your cleats. Can you send me two or three cleats? Or do I have to re-ship back to U?Is there any other options? Ecco shoes

The sole of my shoes fell apart just after few days of wearing. I was used to love these shoes for their comfort but now the quality became too bad.

I would like to ask for the refund since I've paid 130 dollars for these shoes.

It would be really nice if you guys could fix the quality issues and get back to the perfect quality shoes you were manufacturing before.

Ecco on line store

Bought a pair of shoes of work and a pair of sandals, with a delivery time of 10-15 days. I first contacted them 20 days after the order with no reply, numerous emails through "Contact Us", all communications have been ignored. They took my money have refused to engage in any communication with me about the fact I have not received my shoes or to refund me.
This is stealing pure and simple or fraud, I've paid for a service and they haven't delivered.
Do not give these [protected]@kers your money.

Ecco baseone s7 golf shoes

Was extremely happy to buy this wonderful pair of Golf shoes. Everybody in my club admiring the same. But am s bit disappointed now because have started loosing the spikes, lost the front ones on both shoes first, now lost another one with the housing. Trying to tighten them but they kept on turning meaning the housing have all become loose meaning they are all going to fall of soon

Ecco ecco golf shoes

Bought Ecco shoes in South Africa and all three pairs broke after wearing it just a few times. I contacted the local suppliers and lots of promises but no refund or replacements! Really disappointed! Will not recommend or EVER buy Ecco again!
Why promise me to look into it as you were never really interested in resolving my problem. I play off a +1 handicap so I play a lot of golf and will not recommend Ecco to any friends. A real waste of money.

Ecco refund!! pls

i paid for 3pairs of shoes from ECCO SHOES on 10th July 2018, Order No: [protected]...since then till now, the shoes have never been shipped ... i have written to them more than 3x concerning my refund and no responds from them..i dont really understand this business strategy where the customer dont get his money back when products arent shipped ...Please, i have realized my mistake, send my money back.

Ecco desert boots

Ordered Desert Boots, got something else (plastic fake leather shoes), company wanted me to keep the shoes and purchase the original item again at a 30% discount ("You can trust me" said John). I just want what I ordered. They blame everyone else in the world for the issue other than taking responsibility themselves. Now disputing these dishonest practices with credit card company. YOU CAN PURCHASE SOMETHING AND TAKE YOUR CHANCES HERE, OR YOU CAN PAY A BIT MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE THE ITEM YOU WANTED ALONG WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. Aside from that, when I called Clarks International I was told that this company makes counterfeit merchandise, and Clarks is attempting to resolve that situation in China. Company also uses 2 names.

Ecco disintegrating soles

I bought my Mom a nice pair of ECCO sandals for her birthday. They were expensive but I wanted something that would be comfortable and sturdy (she walks with a cane). After only a year of mild use the heal on one completely crumbled away while she was wearing them. After doing some research, I see this is a common occurrence. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

Ecco shoes - brand new

Wore my new shoes, fortunately at my own home, and the soles simply disintegrated in just minutes. Imagine if I went on a hike! I did not save my receipt because I never imagined this would happen. What a shock and waste of money. Will never buy ECCO again.

I would like my money back but don't have the receipt. Too bad the shoes were junk as I like the comfort and light weight. If ECCO can provide me with another pair (size 39) that is not junk, I would be happy to try the shoe again.

Ecco walking shoes

I've been a loyal customer of Ecco for more than a decade, loved them and recommended them to everyone until yesterday.
I was doing a city tour in a group of twenty something people when suddenly my shoe soles started to fall a part and disintegrated. I thought that it was probably due to the fact I haven't worn that pair for a year or two but reading all these complaints I can see that I'm not the only one who's been in an identical situation.. very sad, the shoes were very comfy :-(

Ecco ecco dress shoes - soles spontaneously disintegrate

I have two pairs of men's Ecco dress shoes. I put the black cap-toe shoes on yesterday to attend a wedding. While at the reception, I noticed black debris on the floor under the table. As I walked to the dance floor, the heals of both shoes disintegrated! I was two hours from home with 250 friends and family but was embarrassed to be wearing such crappy shoes. I attempted to dance but it tough to do so without heals on the shoes. It is even more difficult to walk across a crowded room without looking physically impaired.

When I returned home, I checked my newer pair of brown dress shoes. They show similar problems with the soles and heals. The soles are cracked almost all the way through and the heals are starting to break down as well.

I used to recommend Ecco shoes to everyone I work with; they have been so comfortable. Although I have two pairs of nice looking shoes, I now have to purchase two more before our next event; you can bet they will not be Ecco shoes nor will I be recommending Ecco any more

Ecco disintegrating mens shoes

I have been wearing Ecco shoes for over [15] years. Might even be longer. I have had until recently at least [8] pairs of Ecco Men's shoes. I seldom wear one pair for longer than [2] days at a time, before I rotate to another pair.in the last few months [3] pairs of these shoes have disentigrated. I have temporarily repaired [1] pair with some Gorilla glue, but the other [2] pairs could not be repaired.
The soles simply fell apart and fine black spongy rubber substance tracked all over the floor in my home. Thats how I discovered the problem.
I can assure you that I did not abuse these shoes by doing anything excessive or using them for activities which would be detrimental.
I have had to consider replacing at least [2] pairs.
Can anything be done?

Ecco ecco mens golf biom hybrid shoes [protected] ruth

Dear sir, On jan 28, 2018 I bought these shoes for my on coming vocations and went to Dubai, singapore etc.
After some time I noticed that the threads are coming out from the edges near stitches.
Today I went to the store to show them the defects, sales person Ajit told me that may be I misused the shoes. I asked him do you expect me to play soccer at the age of 60? he said who knows? Anyway he told me that he can not do anything and will let his manager know about it.

Ecco the wrong shoes were sent and I have been waiting weeks for a reply and solution

I purchased the Aria Toulouse close toe black shoes, (see order below) I was sent the wrong shoes a black heel with red sole in a flimsy box, the box was smashed in torn. Not well packaged. And they are not the shoes I ordered. I have had many e-mails with a [protected]@discountmal.cn, sending her pictures of the wrong shoes and the package mailer, also showed her the shoes I ordered and paid for. Her last e-mail was on 3/28/18 in which she sent my problem to delivery department and was to inform me the next week and I still have not heard from anyone. I ordered these shoes for my son's wedding and now I need the ASAP or please refund my money back. Please call me at [protected] or e-mail me a solution to my problem. I am extremely disappointed.

Ecco men's track ii waterproof hiking boots

Hi I purchased these about 6 months ago and the soles have disintegrated in my closet I have shelf above my others shoes. What a mess and what a frustrating and disappointing waste of my monies. I paid over 240.$ for these boots. Who do I talk to so that I can get my money back or get a new pair from them that don't fall apart? I have owned eccos since the 2001 and didn't have a problem with them but it seems that these are made from someone else because the quality is horrible.

Ecco ecco dress shoes

Just spent a couple of hours cleaning my other shoes in the closet that were ruined by a pair of ECCO shoes disintegrating. What a disgusting thing, you wouldn't believe it, it's like the LaBrea tar pit of shoes. Chunks of the shoes were all over the place and smeared tar stuck to everything, even found some stuck on my bed comforter. Used over half a bottle of alcohol to try and clean this crap up. What the hell happened to ECCO? They used to have the best shoes that lasted a lifetime, now I wouldn't ever want another pair. In fact, I isolated the other couple of pairs of ECCO in my closet and put them in plastic bags in case they exploded like this one. Horrible, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Ecco sandals soles cracked and disintegrated

I forgot to say that ecco vietnam even had charged me for the replacement of ecco original soles with local poor quality soles. ecco soles get crumbling and cracking and disintegration and customer is charged for it, what would you say to that?

Meanwhile all the upper parts of the pairs in the photo are still visibly in good new conditions, so no need for any specialized inspection facilities at your office in singapore in order to detect the defects, just human eyes can see it easily like ecco vietnam staff had seen it.

As talked over the phone, almost a month has passed since I sent my customer complaint to ecco vietnam; asia-pacific, and global and the in-house line of communications of ecco seems to be not working properly; getting me into a long and tedious correspondence with various pics who kept asking me same questions all over again.

Ecco offer to me for a replacement pair of sandals is far from a good fair response in customer service; as I had clearly pointed out that me and my wife got several pairs of ecco sandals and shoes damaged in same sole condition even after a short time of purchase and use. you mentioned a 02 years' guaranty for ecco shoes, then if I am to bring all the damaged pairs of ecco shoes to your office in singapore next week, I would need more replacements from ecco than only for 02 pairs of sandals that I am expecting for.

In the meantime, i'd recommend to ecco to put on public notice at all your retail pos worlwide that ' ecco footwear to be worn regularly to avoid soles damages; otherwise, the soles will come off even new and unworn and warranty is valid for 02 years only after date of purchase '

I am a fan of ecco brand and been using ecco shoes for more than 15 years.
Everywhere I go shopping in the world, I buy ecco shoes and sandals if there are new releases. unfortunately, during recent past 2-3 years, I have been running into bad experiences with your products especially in the material disintegration at the soles of the shoes and sandals just after a few months in the shoe cabinet! me and my wife have so far got nearly 08 pairs of ecco shoes and sandals of various types damaged at soles and had to send them to local ecco dealers for make-shift sole replacements which surely cannot at all match the quality of original ecco soles but still we had to pay for the repairs. please note we buy ecco thanks to its shock-absorbing soles mainly.

I am writing this to inform you of the serious issue, even though the dealers have explained to me that the synthetic p, u. soles are supposed to disintegrate easily if the shoes/sandals are not worn regularly!

To be evident, I am enclosing pictures taken of my 02 pairs of ecco offroad sandals, 01 is old and has its soles replaced already, another is new but still its soles still cracked off even though I had followed the dealer's advice and kept wearing them regularly after my old pairs got problem and replaced their soles.

I hope you will see into the matter and revert.

Ecco boot heel has broken off

The heel on my favorite, most comfortable Ecco ankle boot has broken off and I am devastated!
Thinking that the heel could be glued on, I took it to the shoe repair man who said because of the molded rubber sole, he couldn't repair it. They boots are just two or three years old and in great condition, except for the heel. I love these boots! I've had other Ecco shoes and have been pleased with them. Ecco is a top brand on my list. However, I am unlikely to purchase any more Eccos because of this defect.
Can you replace these boots? Size 40

Ecco ecco croatia/rijeka tower shop

Good day

On Saturday, 28/10/2017 I bought a pair of wonderful shoes from yours Rijeka Tower center shop.
Price was fair for Ecco product. On arrival home I released that I was entitled for 10 percent discount because the shoes were paid with Amex and Amex still have a 10 percent discount deal on all shoes and bags in all shops in Croatia.
I have contacted shop and after some time I have received the answer that nothing much could be done about the discount because sails women was unexperienced and shop is not obliged to advertise such a deal between principal(ecco Croatia) and Amex.I have tried to explain to the shop manager that the discount deal is official and advertised on the web but without success.
I did not want to argue about the self explanatory fact and I instead I chose straight complain to main office.
Not to mention that I am a proud customer of ecco for at least 10 years.This purchase is first one which I made in Croatia.
Hopefully this will be sort out on mutual satisfactory.
