I have called and written several emails to the Huntsville office about the tenants who moved in on May 1,2023, and the issues have went unresolved. The problems started from day one, it started off with 3 people in this small house, which the yards and house looked nice then, but now its ghetto looking. Moved into rental house. Moved out & they took $650 from deposit for supposed new mulch. Not in lease. Manager won't fix. Want money back. Have lease, not fair to charge.
