Ecco Ecco Mens shoes

We were very embarrassed when the Ecco shoes my husband was wearing to a funeral fell apart and there was suddenly a large patch of black rubber on the floor where he had been standing. They weren’t new shoes but had been lightly worn we certainly didn’t expect this to happen. Please can Ecco resolve our problem. I can’t provide purchase tickets but the shoes were bought at a Northallerton store in North Yorkshire.

Ecco Sole’s on shoes falling apart.

Bought shoes in Arnotts store Ireland on 3/5/2021 for €120.

Name of shoes are Zipflex Titamium/Magnet code number [protected]-42.

After very little wear the soles on the shoes have split open to the extent I’m unable to wear the shoes as they are falling apart and letting rain in.

I purchased these shoes after reading the recommendation saying they were hard wearing walking shoes.

Desired outcome: Total Refund or replacement shoes.

Ecco The right one is different from the left one shoe.

I have the problem with Latvian distributor of Ecco shoes.

After buying sandals, I only wore a couple of times, because I did not immediately understand what was wrong. The heel fastener on the right leg is sewn on a centimeter lower than on the left leg. After filing a claim for marriage, the store answered me that this is not a marriage. I was shocked by the answer, I have been wearing these shoes for many years and have never had problems with the return of defective shoes.

Desired outcome: I would just be glad to be able to replace it with any other pair of shoes.

I bought for £180 in Ludlow, Uk a pair of Ecco boots-after 6 months they are no longer wearable…….I was expecting that for such a cost they would last longer……

Ecco Shoe stitching has come apart where the laces go through already

Only worn 3 times and as you can see the stitching has come apart. Bought from the Ecco store in Oxford in June, this month. I'm not local to an Ecco store over, couple of hours round trip. I like the shoes, I'm not trying to return the shoes just get a replacement, but Ecco will not allow me to return them without going back to store. This is a reason the high street is dying because of companies like Ecco. There customer care line is nothing of the sort and in fact robotic. I'm posting here because Ecco need to hear from the customers. Why would you ever buy from Ecco, if there's a problem is not worth the hassle. I have got a receipt

Ecco Soles completely fell apart I infrequently wear these tie on shoes but was embarrassed that they fell apart in my in laws living room.

Date June 19th, 2022 the soles of the shoe deteriorated while walking in them and left plastic dust and parts strewn in my daughter's living room. I'm Diabetic and have Severe foot Neuropathy from Diabetes and I wear ECCO because of stable construction, support and good balance I have with them. When your shoes fall apart like this within minutes, I almost fell and I could no longer walk with them on my feet.

Ecco Shoes soles disintegrate

Ecco Shoes soles disintegrate

I bought 6 pairs of Ecco shoes. It was a big mistake.

The elastomer of the soles disintegrate very quickly, much before any sign of wear appear on the soles!

I really like the design and the comfort of Ecco shoes, that’s why I bought several pairs of different model and colors.

It is very disappointing to see degradation of the soles while the shoes still feel and look new.

Ecco Scam websites

Have had my cc deducted by 300 aud for ecco shoes that were ordered from this site..

Have contacted ecco customer service here in australia but to no avail

In fact ecco customer service were rude disrespectful and blamed me for not using ecco site in Australia.. The reason that I didn't order from aus site is that ecco australia did not have style or size I required so I tried other ecco websites and ordered what I thought was a legitimate website.

Thought I would do the right thing in warning ecco of these sites [I have now counted 8 fake/scam ecco websites] ecco cs tells me they are aware of them..

Then why are they still on line?

Desired outcome: take these sites down so no more suckers like me can have their hard earned cash stolen from them because they simply wanted a nice pair of ecco sneakers. also a lesson or three for the customer service in australia

Ecco Ladies leather lace up flat shoes

I bought a pair of leather Ecco shoes about 5 years ago as it's difficult to find my size 11 and I thought I'd have them for a backup when my other walking shoes wore out. I recently wore them about 6 times and the soles cracked and broke open spewing lumpy white pieces all over the floor. and creating a large hole. I called the local store and was told to come down and speak to the manager about it after I gave the staffer details about how long I'd had them and what happened. The manager of the Eaton Centre Toronto Ecco store said ALL shoes disintegrate, it was nothing unusual, the company assumes no responsibility for it and what did I expect them to do as they certainly wouldn't replace them. She said they have a 1 year warranty only. She was very defensive and said she couldn't possibly offer me more than 20% off a new pair of shoes. I'm not happy. I have had other Ecco shoes that haven't been an issue but now based on how I was treated and what happened, I don't feel I can trust another pair.

Desired outcome: I would like a comparable pair of shoes and a guarantee that this will not happen again and if it does, that they will guarantee a replacement pair of the same quality and value.

Ecco Shop manager - king’s road london

I went to King’s Road Ecco shop in London today at around 5.30 pm with my 15 years old son to buy a school shoes for him. He starts school tmrw monday 25 April.

The munite we enterred the shop, immediatly an emplyee who is an african colored person shout from the cashier and said “it is cash only, our credit card machine is not working”. I said ok but let me first see if we have the shoes we want.

When I asked few questions for few models, same person was not attentive and helpful. Another emplyee step forward and very kindly came next to me and said “I understand what you need, let me check the storage and I will be back.”

3 min later this kind person came back with options and I was very happy and said thank you for helping us. The other colored person was watching us and came forward and hold one of the box of shoes and told me “this is a 280 pound worth shoes?”

This was a very odd and condesending question and I was shocked for a second and told him “what makes you think that I cannot buy this shoes! This was a very inapproprite question you asked?”

Then, he left the box on floor agaib and told me “ huh, it must be black thing” and he went to cashier again.

I was even more shocked and I was very upset about being accused of being a racist.

He did not only Interact with me

As a customer in a very inappropriate way, he also implies as if I am a racist.

Also the inportant thing is someoen else kindly was attending us. I dont know why he jumped into our dialog and created this emvironment.

I told him “you are the one who is in the wrong and you also want to twist the plot and hide immedaetly behind racism argument instead of apoligizing?”

I turn the kind person and said “the shoe is perfect we will buy. Let me go to next door and get cash from ATM since credit Card machine is broken. He said sure.

I left my son and shoes at the cashier and went to get money and came back in 2 min.

At cashier as I was giving the money to the kind person, that colored same person came and said “I am the manager and I am not selling this shoes to you!”

I was again in shock even more. The kind person was frozen also. I said you cannot do this I will pay and get the shoes and go.

And he took the box inside and called securty people in the neighbourhood and when he did that I called the police.

He told my son “if you take money from your mom, I will sell the shoes to you”

I cannot believe he said that to a 15 years old boy and he was escalating more and more.

The police came and by the time all the talks are done on the street, they closed the shop and I could not buy my son a school shoe!

I cannot believe Ecco employs such a manager and he has a power not to sell a product and this oerson completly abused his positiin to make a personal case.

I was just a customer to buy a shoes and this is the treatment I get in your store in one of the most affluent part of London.

Because there is no criminal act, police could not do anything and they told me they understand me and all I can do is to reach Ecco and complain.

So here I am, I wrote every detail to you and I really hope you can adress this shockingly odd incident.

That person should not treat anyone like this ever again.

When I asked the his name, he did not tell me. He is scared to share his identity but he is not afraid to treat a mother and son like this and prevent me to buy the product!

I am hoping and expecting you will adress this appropriatly and I will be looking forward to hearing from you before I escalate this in further organiztions and legal settings.

Desired outcome: I expect an apology first and the purchase i could not make. And that colored shop manager (he claims) at Kings Road London, should not contact any customers ever again. I live here so i can easly follow up if he is still there or not.

Ecco Re-sole or replace please

I have very beautiful and comfortable boot that I bought about 5 years ago and I rarely wear them every winter once or twice. And this particular year, and for the first time I wore it this winter was last week, I walked out of the house after 10 minutes, and suddenly I felt something dangling from the bottom of the boot, and unfortunately I noticed that the sole of the shoe was split in half. I am very upset about what happened, knowing that its price was not cheap and its skin is still new. Please find a solution for me.

Ecco Ecco shoes

Sole disintegrated right off of the shoe. They Look perfect otherwise. Big chunks of rubber under the gum rubber sole. I have at least 8 pairs of Ecco shoes. This is the second time I have experienced this issue. I thought it was a fluke the first time, now I suspect it is poor quality control.

I also have a sole issue with a pair of track 25 boots, I am curious what the compensation amount is towards a new pair of the same boots as they retail for $250. To determine if I would rather keep them and find replacement soles. I am also in the US.

Ecco Walking shoes [protected] size 44

I was given the above pair of walking shoes this past Christmas, 2021 by my daughter and have worn them about 10 times since receiving them. However the toggle on the elastic slip laces have come off on one shoe and look like they are about to come off the other one. This seems to be very poor manufacturing. I've had this type of elastic slip laces on other Ecco shoes with no problem. I love the shoes but the ace system is really not up to the job.

Please advise what I should do. Can you get replacement laces? if so then please send some as the shoe themselves are fine.

Ecco Disintegrating soles

My beautiful and outstandingly comfortable shoes which I bought many years ago from Harry Rosen disintegrated over lunch.

I had walked on some moist grass walking to my friend's house and as I sat over lunch I noticed that their beautiful white carpet was turning black under my feet even though I had been very careful to clean the soles on the mat at the entrance.

When I returned home I took the boots off to clean the soles and I saw they had disintegrated.

Thank you for considering my issue. My beautiful and outstandingly comfortable Ecco dress shoe soles disintegrated during lunch yesterday. I thought I might have stepped into some chemical spill but I only went from house to house.

These shoes are not new but provide outstanding comfort and look excellent – many compliments.

If these soles can be replaced I would be delighted.

Ecco Ecco shoes

My Ecco shoe soles literally spontaneously disintegrated (yesterday, March 24, 2022). I’ve never seen anything like it. I thought I stepped in acid walking along a Boston city street, but there was no discoloration, just chunks of my shoe soles, particularly the heals were just shredded. I didn’t even know it was a thing until I googled it which led me to this page.

Ecco Ecco hiking boots

My nearly new (they have been in the closet for a few years but recently pressed into service) Ecco hiking boots failed instantaneously during a hike. Very few miles on the boots - still very new looking. The heel disintegrated on the right boot and was beginning to fail on the left. I have photos available if you would like.

I am a confirmed Ecco customer currently owning 6 pair.

Ecco Operator's omission, unauthorized cancellation of an order

I purchased five pairs of shoes on your website on March 12 and 13. The order number of my first pair of shoes is so-[protected]. I like this pair of shoes best, so I ordered them first and my payment was successful. I also purchased other shoes.

The day before yesterday, I checked whether the order was delivered or not, only to find that the order disappeared directly. I was very surprised, so I sent an email to your CustomerCare, but no one replied.

Yesterday I checked again and found the order reappeared, but my first pair of shoes was inexplicably cancelled. First of all, I did not carry out this operation, and seconly I was not informed of the cancellation of my order. Is it reasonable? I think it's a form of theft or cheating consumers. I emailed again, and again nobody replied.

I called you at 1:00 PM just now, but your operator hung up without completing the conversation and meeting my demands! Is this discrimination? I hope my problems can be solved.

Ecco Ecco track 25 men's low

Our son left for a religious mission to the Amazonian jungle of Peru in October. When he arrived to his assigned mission area he contacted us and asked us to send him some better shoes to handle the jungle environment.

We did our research and settled on ECCO Track 25's, with the assumption they could take the hot and humid climate, they being waterproof, and all.

We shipped them (at great expense) and they finally arrived to Peru and in his hands.

The first day he puts them on and starts walking down the street, the shoes literally fall apart with every step and are now absolutely useless.

I contacted customer support about warranty issues and they claim there is nothing they can do with out the shoes returned to them.

Um, I'm sorry, I'm not going to pay to have trash shipped home to me when they can simply be thrown in the river, where they belong!

Every time I try to respond to Ecco's email to me, I get an error message saying their email is not valid.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

So, now I am stuck in this endless loop, having paid $200+ for a pile of garbage.
