These guys from Eastern Revenue, Inc. keep calling my fam's numbers and being hella rude to them. Like, what the heck? They ain't got nothin' to do with my money or where I live. It's straight up harassment and it needs to stop.

like that. It was super annoying and made me mad. But then I found out it was Eastern Revenue, Incorporated and they were just doing their job. They helped me resolve my debt and were actually pretty nice about it. I guess they're not so bad after all.

Eastern Revenue Inc is a collection agency and they keep reportin my account in collections as if it were new, and not that it's over 5 years old. I've disputed it before and had it fixed, however they keep sending in updates stating it's recent.

Eastern Revenue, Inc. helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I got into a car accident and the other driver was unconscious and didn't have insurance information on them. I tried to get their insurance information but had no luck. Even though I had full coverage insurance, the accident still ended up on my credit report. Eastern Revenue, Inc. was able to help me dispute the claim and get it removed from my credit report. They were easy to work with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their credit report.

I got a letter from Eastern Revenue, Inc. for $75 about a dentist named Dr. *** DDS. I never got a bill for this before and I haven't seen Dr. since 2016, and that was just a checkup (which my insurance paid for). I looked online and it seems like he doesn't practice anymore. I don't want to call and give out my private info, but I think they made a mistake because it's about a dentist I haven't seen in over 5 years and a bill I never got.

So, I'm going to school again and I didn't know I had a loan that wasn't paid until I applied for financial aid. I saw I had a loan in default and I called and paid right away. But, they ain't sending me a confirmation email and because of that I lost my financial aid and I need to finish school to keep my job. They were quick to take my money but not quick to send me a confirmation email after I told them my situation. And I paid almost $300.00 and on the financial aid website it said I only owed $96.00. Seems a little fishy to me. I want my confirmation email and an explanation as to why I paid so much.

This company has been negatively reporting on my credit for YEARS. I have disputed this several times as the account is not mine and any student loan money I had in default was transferred back to US Dept of ***. I never agreed to this company taking any debt and it has since added $2,000 onto whatever debt they think they have. I never agreed to the reporting on my credit. I was never notified by writing that they have any debt of mine. All of my student loan debt is being handled by US Dept of ***. This business is a scam and reporting false information to credit bureaus. I would like for them to remove the account under my name or I will be contacting my attorney to file a suit against this company. They have been destroying my credit for years!

I ain't askin' for verification or validation, I'm askin' for proof of contract to back up your claim. Gimme a certified copy of the original contract, with my signature sayin' you can come after me. Get a notary public to swear it's a copy of the real deal. If you don't do this, it means you agree that you and Eastern Revenue Inc. ain't got no right to come after me. If you keep tryin' to collect from me without proof of contract, I'm gonna complain to the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission, and report you to the cops for harassin' me and invadin' my privacy.

I contacted Eastern Revenue, Inc. on 07/11/2022 regarding the many calls and rude language from their staff. I told them that they were violating my rights, but they asked me to send over the invoice and proof. They said they would review everything and get back to me. I tried to contact them several times, leaving voicemails and emails, but no response. I even left a message for someone named ***, but still no communication from this company. This account has been on my credit report for a few years, making it hard for me to buy cars, get credit, and improve my score. They violated my privacy and confidentiality rights under 15 USC 1681. According to 15 USC 1681 section 602 A, I have the right to privacy, and section 604 A section 2 states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions.
