What a rip off trying to file a dba. Their, system kept taking me back to the payment page. Saying it was incomplete. They charged me $109 3 times and charged me $117.10 I dont know what for. I have called for customer service 3 times using the phone numbers they have listed. I have tried their on;line customer service and it dont accept my user name or email or even my ssn
I have spent 5 hours attempting to get help from their customer service. Where can I file a complaint

customer service is either non existant or unplugged from the real world and their system has built in thieft
