Overall a great business to work with. They took care of all the information that was needed for our Insurance. We used them for new siding and roof. The work done on the house was excellent. I am very pleased with the way they handled their business. I would highlight recommend working with Dupage if you need a new roof or siding.

John, from DuPage Adjusters did an excellent job filing a claim with our insurance company for our roof, which had been wind-damaged. He worked with us and the company in a very professional, but also personable way. He kept us informed about the process and was an excellent liason among us, the insurance company and DuPage construction.

I can't begin to tell you how happy we were with John Smith and his team at DuPage Adjusters. They came in and gave us an estimate and timeline to replace our roof. The work and communication was outstanding. Everything was done without issue and we were most impressed with how they kept their promise to clean up after the job was done without damaging anything.

John at Dupage adjusters was an extremely helpful adjuster for our claim in 2022. We decided to go with D.A. because we heard our insurance could give us a hard time. Having the second party adjuster was extremely helpful! John walked us through every step of the process explained everything very well and helped make the process seamless and painless. Dupage Adjusters was great to work with. Very patient and kept regular communication throughout the process of selecting and installing a roof, and promptly addresses any questions/concerns I had. One of the options I would have preferred wasn't available due to production issues related to Dupage Adjusters, and the gutter installers didn't put back all the landscaping rocks they displaced onto the grass, but overall still happy.

This company is FANTASTIC! We had our roof done and they were great. Everyone we had any contact with was professional and attentive to our needs. Great communication with us every step of the way. My experience with Dupage Adjusters was amazing! Rest assured with this company for great customer service. I had to get a new roof, gutters, skylights. My adjuster, [insert adjuster's name] was absolutely amazing! He took care of the insurance company for me and explained everything. Also, any questions I had were answered fully and in a very timely manner. The job was done so well! Can't say enough good things! You definitely won't go wrong by using this company!

A no stress roofing experience. Was given an detailed itemized work order of materials and cost. This was adjustable per my desires. Scheduling was only a week or two out. The Job was done in one day. The latest shingle technology was used, no worry about 10yr old shingles from a warehouse somewhere. Laid out tarps and all scrap was collected, so far no nails found anywhere. They even removed and put back on my TV Dish, although I had to do some re-aligning myself. Good Job Guys!

What a great experience we had with Dupage Adjusters LLC. They handled everything from start to finish and contacted the insurance agent on our behalf so that I didn't have to act as the middleman. We always received super fast, honest, upfront communication with them. Our roof was installed in timely fashion (1 day) and the crew and the cleanup was impeccable. I worked with Paul Smith from Dupage Adjusters LLC regarding our roof damage from last falls hail storm (2020). My insurance company was only allowing a few thousand dollars for the repair instead of the whole roof. Paul worked with Zack Johnson, an Appraiser to get the my insurance company to realize the whole roof needed to be repaired. So today, March 31st the new roof was installed quickly and the area around the house was left very clean. The job was supervised by Kevin Thompson, who made sure the workers cleaned up all materials.

I had an outstanding experience with DuPage Adjusters and Construction. They provided free estimates for replacing my roof and siding. The work for both jobs was done on or ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent. Clean-up was thorough. Everyone I interacted with including John the Adjuster who communicated with my insurance company, Sarah who came out daily to oversee the construction, office staff who set up the appointments, and the workers themselves were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They all told me they were available to answer any questions throughout the process, which was true. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of home repair/construction.

Dupage Adjusters helped my husband and I navigate the insurance process. When the first insurance adjuster came out, we barely had any of the project covered. However, Dupage Adjusters spoke with State Farm and had a second adjuster come out giving us 100% coverage for a new roof, siding, and skylights. Being a first-time homeowner, I felt like we won the lottery. Dupage Adjusters helped make sure the process was seamless and was very patient with all of our questions. We are halfway through the install process and the roof and skylights look fabulous. The project manager, [Name], returned after the roof installation was complete to roll the yard and pick up any nails that were missed in the clean up as the crew worked past dusk. I cannot wait for our dingy pink siding to go away in a few weeks and have a whole new exterior of our house!

Two years ago our area was hit by a severe storm that caused extensive damage to our house and garage. The initial company we used to assist with our claim could only manage to get my roof covered. We were highly disappointed. John Smith from Dupage Adjusters did a cold call to our door and discussed how the claim process works and how they will work diligently on our behalf to fulfill our claim with our insurance company. He was totally right. John was able to resolve any and all disputes to cover the siding and gutters on both garage and tri-level house. My neighborhood had a hail storm Memorial Day Weekend of 2019, and literally the day after, we began getting people at our front door about replacing our roof! We were very wary based on stories from friends and colleagues about shady contractors and insurance problems. We met Sean Thompson from DuPage Adjusters later summer/early fall 2019 after our neighbors worked with him - recommendations from neighbors and friends always help! Sean was always punctual to our home, kind, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He went over all of our options for a new roof, and explained exactly how it would work with our insurance. He kept us posted on when our new roof would be put on, as there were some weather-related delays! We also had gutters, but winter came and those went in March. As we had started the work later in 2019, Sean had said this would probably happen so we were not surprised. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless, not a single issue and the work is top-notch! We'd recommend DuPage Adjusters and Sean specifically to anyone looking to have work done.

Ive lived in my home long enough to know that if a heavy thunderstorm flows through the area, you can be sure that in the next weeks youll hear from about a dozen companies asking if youd like your roof inspected. For years I thought these were scams - and in truth maybe some are. Thats not the case with DuPage Adjusters. Following a storm last year, I had the usual flurry of companies ring the doorbell and offer a free inspection. Thinking this was more of the same, I politely declined. Then I found out I did, in fact, sustain damage to the roof. My insurance company originally denied the claim. Thankfully, DuPage Adjusters were still working in my area and were able to assist - and it wasnt an easy process. After first declining the original claim, the insurance company tried to settle for a fraction of the needed costs. It took professional negotiation on the part of the DuPage Adjuster team about eight months to arrive at a settlement that would cover the roof replacement. Im positive that if I hadnt had the help from DuPage, I would not have been able to replace my damaged roof. The customer service I received from DuPage Adjusters was excellent. Their sales manager, ***, kept me informed every step of the process, including the lengthy back-and-forth negotiations with my insurance company. The next time a storm passes through and youre wondering if you should have someone check out your roof, dont hesitate to give DuPage Adjusters a call. Theyll treat you right and their construction team does incredible work (more on that in my review of the DuPage Construction team).
