I been gettin' these annoyin' and illegal robocalls from this company. I'm on the do not call list for years, but they keep callin' me anyways. I sent 'em an email and I hope they gonna respond so we can fix this problem.

I'm on a federal "do not call" list but I keep getting lots of calls from this company every week. I've asked them many times to stop calling and take me off their list, but they never do. So now I've started keeping them on the phone for like 30 minutes or more, just to tell them it's a big waste of time. But even then, they still won't take me off their list. I've recorded all the calls and I told them that if they call me again, I'm gonna complain to ComplaintsBoard.com. I just finished talking to Ashley Gonzalez from their Bradenton, FL office. All I want is for them to please respect my request and stop calling. Thanks!

I bought a life insurance policy for my mom and she passed away on 3/9. They won't help me file the claim and are rude when I ask for assistance. When I got the insurance, they said they would assist with the claim, but now they don't return my calls and some employees have been really mean, making me cry multiple times. It's been a total nightmare for me. I just want to collect the money from the policy I paid for, so I can use it for her memorial service. I suggest everyone buy life insurance from a company that is kind, caring, considerate, and most importantly, helpful. It's really hard to fill out all the forms while grieving, and I hope no one else has to go through this. That's why I'm writing this honest and informative review. I'll probably avoid buying life insurance again because of this terrible experience, and I've told my friends and family not to consider Senior Services either. They've only added to my grief and stress during this difficult time.
