Duluth Trading Prepare to sit on hold

If you have an issue with your order, prepare to wait. I tried calling the company and was put on a hold estimated to be 88-92 minutes and just hung up. So, I emailed the company customer service email and was told that I would receive a response in 3-4 days. After a week, I called back and it told me to try the chat function, so I remained on hold and tried the chat, but it will disconnect if you don't type something in the chat. After about 20 minutes of trying to keep chat alive, I walked away from my computer for too long and it disconnected me. I was initially told the hold would last between 38-44 minutes, so I remained on hold after chat failed and waited. 52 minutes into the call, I finally spoke to someone who was as helpful as she could be. The items missing from my order were out of stock and she had to replace them with something else or refund me. I picked something in stock and the call was complete minutes later. I'm not sure why she seems to be the only employee that works in customer service, but they should hire another one just like her, maybe even two.

Recommendation: Shop in store or elsewhere

Duluth Trading not much service

i ordered 2 t-shirts the first week of dec. after two weeks i recevieda noticemy order would arrive by the 19th of dec. i have tried to track my order but some how i have deleted the tracking number. it has been impossable to get this info. from you.i have been disconnected from chat 5 times and told that my wait time on a phone call would be 102 to 109 min. after i had a;ready waited 20 min. really disapointed when all i wanted was a tracking number.

Recommendation: don't order at Christmas and don;t lose your tracking info if you do.

Duluth Trading Shipping Delayed 14 Days/ No Customer Service Available

I purchased 10 items for my elderly Father, after no update for a week I called customer service. They said it would be an hour wait by phone, or you could choose a live chat or email for speedy response. My credit card was charged the day of the purchase but my tracking number showed item had not shipped. So I decided to stay on hold for the hour that then became 1hr 20 min. I got tired of wasting my time waiting for someone to answer that no one was going to answer. So the following day I decided to try the live chat... every few minutes you would have to respond that your still on the online waiting another hour goes by and still no response. My last resort was to attempt emailing them directly on December 11th to receive an automated response that its our goal to provide response within 3-4 days if needed, urgent needs please call customer service number. Today's call is estimated 1 hour 13 minutes. IT'S BEEN 14 DAYS AND JUST RECEIVED ONE ITEM.

Recommendation: WARNING: DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Duluth Trading Dreadful Customer Service – The Frustration of a Hopeful Customer

Before I embark on my review of Duluth Trading Company, it's important to clarify that the quality of the company's products is not in question here. I'd heard countless rave reviews of their clothing, and, enthused by this, I decided to place an order for some shorts. I was excited to experience what I was told was top-notch quality first hand. Unfortunately, my anticipation was replaced with a simmering brew of frustration due to their poor customer service.

Upon receipt of my order, I immediately discovered a sizing issue with the shorts. Not a big deal, as any online shopper can attest, sizing can sometimes be a hit or miss. Confident that the company would easily resolve this minor problem, I initiated an online exchange, printed the return label, and returned the shorts the very same day.

To my delight, I received an email later that evening notifying me that my return had been processed. Excellent, I thought, just the sort of prompt response one would expect from a reputable company. My satisfaction, however, proved to be short-lived.

After two long weeks of anxious waiting, my replacement shorts had not arrived. Perplexed, I dialed customer service for some answers. It was here that the cracks in Duluth Trading Company's service began to surface. I was informed that despite the email, my return had not been processed as their return department was buried under a backlog of five weeks!

The email I had been so pleased to receive was merely an automated system that lacked any real meaning or bearing on the actual return process. This was a complete and utter disconnection between the information relayed to the customer and the actual happenings within the company.

The agent nonchalantly informed me that it might be another three weeks before they even opened my return package to process the order. Her response made me feel as though my concerns were insignificant, brushing me off with the line that they are "not Amazon," as if that excused the lackadaisical approach to customer service. Apparently, their policy was a measure against fraud, but I couldn’t help but feel like a criminal rather than a valued customer.

I asked to cancel the order, hoping to draw a line under the frustrating experience. I was put on hold for a painfully long five minutes before they confirmed that they could indeed cancel the order. However, in yet another display of disorganization, the agent was clueless about how long it would take to process the cancellation.

In conclusion, my experience with Duluth Trading Company has left me bitter and disappointed. While their products might be wonderful, their customer service is a convoluted maze that leaves their patrons feeling dismissed and unimportant. For a company that prides itself on quality, their approach to customer service is nothing short of subpar. I believe customer service is just as important as the products themselves. If you cannot treat your customers with respect and transparency, it ultimately taints the overall experience.

This review serves as a warning to potential customers: brace yourself for an unimaginable customer service system if you ever run into a problem with your order. It's a regrettable shame because I was truly excited to be a patron of Duluth Trading Company, but I won't be returning any time soon.

Recommendation: Go Elsewhere

Duluth Trading Slow shipping service and customer support

I placed my order Dec 1.
It did not pack until Dec 9
It did not ship until Dec 10
I expected it to arrive in about that same time.
It has been 19 days and FedEx cannot even advise an estimated delivery date or current location.
Duluth phone hold, I was advised 71 minutes and it was longer and I gave up
The message said to try the web chat message
The web chat service has not replied in over an hour and I gave up
I emailed and the aut response was to expect a return reply in 3-4 days usually-so will that be 3-4 weeks due to "unusually high volume"
who could have ever predicted high volume during the holidays - inconceivable!

I expect I will get a full refund if the merchandise ever arrives and a hassle free return, but no service and no support so far and ordering on Dec 1 should be plenty of time to get an order in time for Christmas

Claimed loss: Due to no response I lost time to find alternative merchandise and lost over an hour of my life

Desired outcome: 50% off this order if it ever arrives and i decide to keep it and a $50 credit towards my next order- if I reorder anything

Duluth Trading A rain coat.

I spoke to a staff member last night at your store regarding a purchase of a rain coat with a faulty zipper. She said within one year it can be returned. To find your order details, get in touch with Duluth Trading’s customer service and provide them your name alongside any other purchase details like payment details or which store you purchased from. It's a good idea to introduce the problem concerning the defective zipper and remind them of the return policy the employees mentioned during the visit. Suggest store credit as your solution to the case Instead. Most of the time employees at Duluth Trading are willing to support their cause so you are helped very quickly in such scenarios.

Duluth Trading Poor Customer Service and Mask Policy at Duluth Trading Company in Kennesaw, Georgia

I gotta say, my experience with Duluth Trading Company was not the best. I went to their store in Kennesaw, Georgia and got "ordered" out because I refused to wear a mask. Now, I'm an old guy with some underlying issues that make it hard for me to wear a mask, but the young lady with blue hair didn't seem to care. She kept telling me that they're a "Private Business" and can do what they want, but I know my rights. I tried to explain to her that they're actually a "Place of Public Accommodations" as defined in Title II, but she just got angrier.

I still wanted to shop, so I kept looking around. But as I was about to leave, she said she had called the police on me! Can you believe that? I waited for the officer to arrive and explained my issue to him. Thankfully, he knew what he was talking about and told her that the store could be sued for refusing my use of the retail. But she didn't care, she just wanted me out.

The officer told me that this store has had many of these issues before, and he wouldn't shop there himself. And you know what? I wouldn't either. I've been a customer of Duluth Trading Company for a long time, way before they ever had a brick and mortar store in Georgia. But after this experience, I don't think I'll be going back. It's a shame, because I really liked their products. But I can't support a company that doesn't respect my rights as a customer.

Duluth Trading Overcharged Sales Tax by Duluth Trading Co: Quick Customer Service, but Needs Improvement

I just gotta say, I recently bought some stuff from Duluth Trading Company (duluthtrading.com) and I was pretty ticked off when I saw that they charged me more than the CA sales tax rate of 8.5%. Like, seriously? They charged me 18.5% instead! I mean, I've bought stuff from out of state before and this has never happened to me. So, I reached out to Duluth and this lady named Heidi told me that the tax rate is set by CA. Uh, excuse me? I don't think so. I mean, they should be audited by the CA Board of Equalization or something. So, I reported them to the BOE.

But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. Duluth's customer service was pretty quick to respond. At first, I got a response from some low-level service rep, which was totally unacceptable. So, I told them that and mentioned that I was gonna contact the Better Business Bureau in WI and my state sales tax office. And, wouldn't you know it, they refunded me the overcharge of the sales tax. I'm satisfied with that, but they really need to fix their algorithm or whatever they're using to charge out of state sales tax for CA.

All that being said, I do like their products and I'll probably keep buying from them. But, they better not try to pull this kind of thing on me again.

Duluth Trading Duluth Trading Company Review: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Charges

I just made an order with Duluth Trading Company (duluthtrading.com) a couple of days ago on 11/18/2020. I went online, placed my order, and paid for it without any issues. However, the next day on 11/19/2020, I noticed that there were two additional charges from Duluth on my bank statement. I was confused and called their customer service to inquire about it. They informed me that my order had been split into three different shipments and charged me for each shipment. They explained that the original charge was just a preauthorization, and the three different shipments would add up to the amount I was initially charged.

Today, I received an email from Duluth stating that one of the items I had ordered was returned. I was shocked because I never requested for my item to be returned, and I had just placed the order on the 18th. I called their customer service again, and the guy on the phone told me that the item was returned for whatever reason. I was frustrated and told him that I never requested for my item to be returned. He apologized and said sorry for that.

I have placed several orders from Duluth Trading Company in the past, but this time has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am not sure if I will order from them online again or just drive to the store and shop. This experience was just pitiful and pathetic. They claim to have a "No BS Guarantee," but it seems like they are not living up to their promise.

In conclusion, I hope Duluth Trading Company can improve their customer service and be more transparent about their charges and shipments. It is essential to keep their customers happy and satisfied, especially during these challenging times.

Duluth Trading Disappointing Christmas Underwear from Duluth Trading Company: Not Worth the Price

I recently bought two sets of Christmas underwear from Duluth Trading Company, one for men and one for women. Each set contained three pairs of underwear that were made in Vietnam. I was really excited to receive them, but when I tried them on, I was really disappointed. They felt like sandpaper and the trimming was even worse, feeling like hard plastic. I couldn't believe that I had paid $30 for each pair of underwear, and they were not even wearable.

When I contacted Duluth Trading Company about my disappointment, I was told that I would have to pay to send them back. This was really frustrating, as I felt like I had been ripped off. I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase, as most of them said the same thing - that the underwear was total garbage.

I am really disappointed in Duluth Trading Company. This was my first impression of their company, and it was not a good one. I will definitely be sharing my experience with everyone I know and on every site I can find. I want my $90 back, and I am not willing to pay to send their trash back to them. They should send me a prepaid envelope if they want their product back.

I work hard for my money, just like all Americans do. It's really frustrating to see companies like Duluth Trading Company buying their fabric from sweatshops in Vietnam for pennies on the dollar and then charging Americans $30 a pair for their products. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope that everyone stops buying from them and supports US only companies.

Duluth Trading Mixed Experience with Duluth Trading Company: Great Products, Disappointing Customer Service

Been shopping with Duluth Trading Company for a while now and never had any issues. Love their stuff, it's top-notch quality. But recently, we had to contact them about a tax rate mistake they've been making for years. They were charging us as if we lived in the city limits, but we don't. So we sent them the correct information to fix it. But instead of correcting the $2.00 overcharge for the order we just made, they said they had to do it that way and would fix it for next time. We didn't agree with this principle, so we asked them to cancel the order. But they said it had already shipped, so we could return it, but we'd have to pay a $7.99 restocking fee.

Now, we understand that mistakes happen, but we were disappointed with their customer service. We thought they would be more understanding and willing to keep their loyal customers happy. But it seemed like they didn't really care that much about us. It's a shame because we really liked their products, but we'll have to take our business elsewhere.

Overall, we still think Duluth Trading Company is a great company with quality products. But their customer service could use some improvement. We hope they take this feedback to heart and work on making their customers feel valued and appreciated.

Duluth Trading Duluth Trading Company's Shipping Process Needs Improvement - A Frustrating Experience

I recently made an order on duluthtrading.com and was hoping to receive it within a week. However, after waiting for three days, I still hadn't received any information about the shipment date. Feeling a bit anxious, I decided to reach out to customer service via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from them, but shortly after sending my email, I received a UPS notification indicating that a label had been created.

Despite this, I still had no idea when my order would arrive, so I decided to call customer service. I explained that I needed my order delivered either in 7 days or in 20 days, but not in between. I was surprised that the shipping was taking so long, especially since it wasn't during the holidays or a sale period. I even offered to pay for expedited shipping, but customer service told me that there was nothing they could do "once the label was created." I couldn't believe it - are we still living in the Stone Age?!

After some investigation, I discovered that Duluth was trying to save money by using UPS-to-USPS instead of simply UPS to ship their orders. This was the reason for the delay, and I was thoroughly frustrated with their inefficient and ineffective customer fulfillment/shipping. It's a shame because their products are of good quality, and even though their prices are high, the quality kind of made up for it. However, when you add poor unrealistic shipping to the mix, it's just not worth it.

Overall, I won't be ordering from Duluth Trading Company again in the future. Their shipping process needs some serious improvement, and until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Duluth Trading Disappointing Experience with Duluth Trading Company: Poor Communication and Shipping Issues

So, I recently made my first and last order with Duluth Trading Company. Let me tell you, it was not a smooth experience. Firstly, I didn't receive any tracking information and the order didn't show up in my account history. I had to enter a chat session just to get the tracking information. This was a real pain because I wasn't able to ask my neighbor to grab the package while I was away, and it ended up being stolen. To make matters worse, I received 12 marketing emails in the week following my first order, but no shipping confirmation email. What's up with that?

To be fair, Duluth Trading Company did offer to replace the stolen package right away. However, when the replacement package arrived, one of the items was the wrong one. I contacted them about this and they sent me a UPS return label for the incorrect item, but didn't offer any other solutions. They did say they would send me a refund, but it's been three weeks and I still haven't received it.

I was really excited to shop with Duluth Trading Company because their brands and ethos align so closely with my hobbies and lifestyle. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been nothing but problems from the beginning. In this day and age where online shopping is so prevalent and easy, it's disappointing to see a company struggle so much with the basics.

Duluth Trading Disappointing Experience with Duluth Trading Company: Split Orders, Confusing Refunds, and Missing Items

So, I recently ordered some stuff from Duluth Trading Company (duluthtrading.com) and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down. First off, they split my order without even telling me. Like, what the heck? I had no idea what was going on until I checked my tracking number and saw that the hat I ordered was missing. Turns out they took it off my order and put a new tracking number on it, but didn't give me a new order number or anything. Super confusing.

Then, they said they refunded me for the hat, but it never went through on PayPal. I guess they refunded it to some kind of return order number or something? I don't know, it's all really confusing. And because they didn't refund it from the original order number, I couldn't dispute the entire charge. So now I have to wait until January to get my money back. Ugh.

But that's not even the worst part. I also ordered some briefs and knee pads, and it looks like the pads still haven't shipped. And while they say the briefs shipped, it's only showing that the label was created and not dropped off. What the heck is going on over there? It's like someone inside the company is creating labels and keeping the product for themselves. If they're not being dropped off at UPS but the item is missing, then that's the only thing it could be.

I ordered more stuff from Duluth because I had a great experience with them before, but now I'm not so sure. They really need to fix this problem with their staff if they want to keep customers. It's just not cool to mess with people's orders like this.

Duluth Trading Terrible Online Shopping Experience with Duluth Trading Company: Frustrating Policies and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I've done a lot of online shopping in my day, but Duluth Trading Company has got to be the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I mean, seriously, they won't even let you cancel an order five minutes after you place it! And don't even get me started on their exchange policy - you have to wait until you receive the wrong item, then call them up, ship it back, wait for them to receive it, and then they'll finally send you the right thing. It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible.

But that's not even the worst part. They double charge you for everything they ship, and when you call to ask why, the customer service rep can't even give you a straight answer. They just say it happens sometimes and the charges will fall off eventually. Like, what kind of answer is that? And when you ask when they'll cancel the charges, they don't even know! It's like they're making it up as they go along.

Honestly, it's 2020. You'd think a company like Duluth Trading Company would have their act together when it comes to online sales. But no, they can't even train their staff properly. I spent two whole days talking to three different people, and none of them knew anything more than my dog does. It's ridiculous.

I haven't even received my items yet, and I'm already so disgusted that I don't even want them anymore. But of course, they won't refund me unless I spend another weekend talking to their clueless customer service reps. It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for their customers.

All in all, I would never recommend Duluth Trading Company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Duluth Trading Poor Customer Service and Lack of Signage at Duluth Trading Company

Duluth Trading Company is a store that my husband and I were excited to visit when it first opened in Wichita. My husband was so thrilled that he called it the most magical place in the world. He loved everything they offered, and I was also interested in their women's underwear. However, after the quarantine, I had a bad experience with their customer service.

I was trying to help my mom buy some women's armachillo shirts, which were on clearance and rang up correctly in the register. However, I noticed that there was no signage stating pricing in the store. As someone who doesn't make much money, buying Duluth stuff is stressful because it's so expensive. I always look for sale and clearance signage when I go into any store. I used to work for retail companies signing their merchandise, so I know how important it is to have proper signage.

I complained to the manager, but they didn't seem to care. I also called customer service, but they didn't care either. I took some pictures of what signage was there and called customer service again. However, they already knew that I had taken pictures, and the customer service over the phone wanted my name and zip code. When I refused to give them my personal information, they gave me bull crap answers as to why the sale wasn't signed. They treated me as though I was bonkers, which made me feel disrespected.

As a result of this experience, I have thrown out all those overpriced underwear that made me smell so bad, and I will never shop with Duluth again. It's a shame because my husband loved everything they offered, but their customer service ruined it for me. I hope they improve their signage and customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

Needed a gift but was blocked by their CAPTCHA image puzzles so I could not access anything. Made several attempts but their bot thinks I'm a bot. How dumb of companies to still be employing this maddening technology and driving prospective customers to other companies. Now I need to let the recipient know that Duluth didn't want my business. Talk about bad first impressions!

Duluth Trading where is my order?

I bought Men's Wrinklefighter Long Sleeve Shirt, Men's Alaskan Hardgear Kamishak Midlayer Pants and Men's Grindstone 8" Composite Toe Work Boots as a gift for my husband.
But the order never arrived. According to the information, they provided all of the items were unavailable, but they advised me to wait a little longer.
I did. I waited one week, two, three...
Called again. Was said that the order was shipped a long ago and it's strange I hadn't received it et. Yeah, I agree.
I called the delivery service and found out that they never got my package.
What a paradox!
I guess it's easy to say who's lying to customers...

Duluth Trading poor customer service

My experiences with Duluth have turned a simple, unconditional, no nonsense and no bull, 100% guarantee refund process into a two month struggle to be reimbursed for a pair of fleece lined firehose pants. Duluth's book keeping practices required me to pay for the returned pants a second time while they told me they would refund the price to the closed credit card I had used to make the original purchase years ago. Well now it's month two and I am still holding my hand on my butt waiting for the reimbursement from an old and closed credit card that they can't tell me what institution it was. "Carhart here I come!"

Remove all stores from red states. Boycott this company for its support of a United States hating state government. Deny Wisconsin your support, money and taxes.

I received this pair of Delson 3.0 Ezra shoes and the color difference between the 2 shoes are really extreme. I understand leather has a variation of color but I would think that you would try to pack close to the same color. These look like 2 different colors of shoes.
