Dubb Auto renewal charge

I signed up for Dubb in 2023 and realize it was not the platform I was looking for so stopped using it shortly after I purchased it. I could not find spot to cancel the auto renewal without having to Cancel my year subscription i already paid for. So I left it, and then in 2024 I was charge again for a year subscription, i emailed immediately and let them know hi im not using the account please cancel my subscription and refund the money i havent used this in over 8 months. They said they do not offer refunds, which is a joke, so I had to email support to go in and change my new year subscription to turn off in 2025 as yuo can't dothat. I could understand if I was using the platform no refunds but they could clearly see. I never take time to leave a bad review but I felt the customer service was super bad on their end.

Recommendation: If you try it, make sure you tell them to turn off auto renew and you can change it if you like it, as they will not refund your money.
