Qustodio

I signed up to use the Qustodio monitoring service for our son's iPhone to specifically monitor texts and calls. When going thru the sign up process and looking at the premium features lists, it clearly says texts and calls are monitored for android and IOS and it makes absolutely ZERO mention of the need for a MAC computer for monitoring an iPhone! You don't find out about this until after you sign up and go to the help area and it then mentions this! This is clearly entrapment/false advertising/misleading and this company has to be held accountable. I want my money back! I just signed up for this service yesterday. They also need to be REQUIRED to update their information so that it clearly says a MAC computer is needed for monitoring iPhones. Im sure im not the only person who's been mislead like this.
