I recently had an experience with Drum Factory Direct and I have to say, it was not a pleasant one. The manager I spoke with was quite rude and unhelpful. In fact, I would go so far as to say he was a real jerk! He even hung up the phone on me when I was trying to ask a question. I couldn't believe it!
To make matters worse, I sent two emails to the company and not a single one was replied to. What kind of customer service is that? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I was really disappointed with the whole experience.
Overall, I would not recommend Drum Factory Direct to anyone. If you're looking for a company that values their customers and provides good customer service, this is not the place to go. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to do business with.
