Drive & Shine

I went to Drive & Shine for an oil change on 08/14/22. After the oil change, my truck ran rough and I thought it was because of the cold air intake. But then I noticed that my transmission was overfilled and the color was light. I called them and they told me to come in and they would take some out. They removed the trans oil for free and recommended a flush because "the color isn't right, not burnt, just not right."

The next day, I realized they may have put oil in my transmission. They said they didn't check the transmission fluid or add to it. But on the bill, it says they did check it and it was okay. They told me to check the video because they never touched the transmission dipstick. I drove 900 miles with over an inch high on the transmission dipstick. They fired the technician responsible, but they won't do anything to fix the damage done to my transmission. Now, my transmission is badly damaged, and I have to pay $2400 - *** depending on the damage done by the negligence of the now-fired technician.

Overall, I had a bad experience with Drive & Shine. They messed up my transmission and won't take responsibility for it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
