Just purchased your ice cream through instacart and it arrived open. The lid was off the container and in the bag. The ice cream was completely exposed. I had to throw it away. Didn't know if it was tampered with. Why aren't there any type of tamper proof lids on your ice cream? You know that people have been caught tampering with ice cream in the store, and also, since we're in a pandemic, that's another reason to make your products safer.

Get your act together dreyer's, and become more responsible. Until then, you have lost a customer of your dreyer's and edy's products.

I picked up the carton and the lid came off. I'm wondering how many times during packing, shipping, placing on shelf did this happen? I did NOT buy and WILL NOT buy until containers are sealed.
When the lid came off I immediately thought of the girl on the viral video where she licked the top of the ice cream and returned it to the shelf.
Please consider adding a plastic seal for safety. Thank you.

Unbelievable that there is absolutely barley any caramel. False advertising at its finest. I don't get ice cream that often and I was really excited until I opened it and found no caramel a few pieces of cookie dough and a ton of cheap chocolate chips. Even when I scooped a church out to see if there was any, just deeper down. And no! Obviously I can't return it. So i'm writing this complaint. That way you guys don't false advertise like this because it's unacceptable. Really really disappointed.
