To whom it may concern:
Recently I purchased a container of the Dryer's ice cream from Safeway in Newport Washington. The flavor of this ice cream was drumstick. Once I got home I made myself a bowl of this ice cream only to bite down onto a piece of metal, causing me terrible pain as this piece of metal jabbed my teeth and gums. I then went and looked inside the container of ice cream and there I scooped the ice cream all around to find pieces of metal shavings all throughout the ice cream. I called Dryers corporate office to complain and I was only offered a coupon. I also called the store which I purchased the item and they said to call the corporate office. I've spoken with an attorney who has advised me that I could take this even further as we believe some compensation should be offered and not just a coupon. I'm writting this form with the hope that someone can and will handle this situation accordingly and take this as a serious matter, because it very much is a serious matter. Thank you in advance. Purchased September 7, 2023:
When eating that evening, I bit through small burgundy-colored capsule in Edys salted caramel pretzel ice cream.
Contents spewed out and tasted "bad" ?
I have attached photo of the capsule along with grocery receipt.
Just bought some Oreo cones..love this product but this box the cones are not crisp..in fact they are like mush.. Until now always a great product..didn't know if it's a shipping result or manufacturing era...# 24-52 LLA307608 01:15..best by Mar 2024..thxs much
Sunday March 5th 2023 was eating some Dryers original Rocky Road when I bit into something very hard! Its either a rock or a very thick nut shell. Doesn't look like an almond shell. Almost broke my front tooth! Purchased at Smart and Final Santee ca
Bought a smaller version of what a 1/2 gallon used to be. Once I opened it, it was an inch below surface. Waste of money. Will buy Breyers or Blue Bell from now on.

My husband purchased 1.5 qt of Dreyer’s cookies and cream ice cream and we opened it to find it was jus vanilla. No cookies to be found. It was plain vanilla ice cream so needless to say our kids sleep over/ice cream party was pretty boring.
There was a slimy non disolvable material found in the ice cream. I tried to wash it and see what it was. I dont really know what it is. It felt disgusting and slippery like a skin!'
May be not a skin. But something slippery..like cellulose
