I am not sure how Dreamland Jewellery can brag about their level of customer service, I haven't even received a "go to hell" reply to my numerous requests for help, although when you ignore clients that is exactly what you are telling them. So I will go to hell and take my business with me, they aren't the only game in town, not to mention other companies don't hide behind email addresses, unanswered phones, and "live chat" rooms which don't exist. If you are wondering why you have such bad reviews you may want to reread the email I sent to you a few times!!! Thanks for nothing Dreamland, my business is being taken else where.
