[Resolved] DoorFront Direct — magazine delivery
On November 27, 2019...sometime in the early morning hours when the streets and sidewalks were wet from a heavy rain the night before, a magazine was delivered to my concrete driveway that was still wet. iWhen I went to see what the package was that was on the driveway, I saw a flat, plastic bag. I saw it was a magazine. I picked it up and noticed the magazine inside the bag was wet. Even though it was in a plastic sleeve, the magazine was wet and unreadable.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
