They mess up my car when they was checking it out and they won't pay for it
They mess up my car when they was checking it out and they won't pay for it. They was looking at my fender and they used the wrong tool to check my car and it messed up my battery and my warning lights. They said they couldn't fix it cause they didn't have the right tool. I had to take it to another place to get it fixed and they won't pay for it.

They gave it back to me two weeks later, but I noticed that they had replaced the radiator. When I turned off the car that night, I heard a fan running. I decided to wait until Monday to call them about it. Unfortunately, the next day my car died in the middle of the road. I couldn't get a hold of Carstar, so I had to have it towed to Hyundai. They told me that the cylinder head gasket was blown because the car had overheated, which was caused by the coolant not being filled up correctly. Carstar got the insurance company involved, but they tried to blame me for not doing oil changes until I proved them wrong. Now they're saying that it was due to a recall, but Hyundai sent me a letter saying that it wasn't just wear and tear. Carstar won't pay to fix my car, and I'm stuck paying for a rental car every day while it sits at Hyundai. Please fix my car!
