Ripped off at Domo Gas station by A women
I have tried to complain.I have also brought it to her attention over and over .But she does not care so I am at a loss what else to do!.
On 3 (three) different trips now she has shorted me .I got 20 (twenty) bucks gas and a pack of smokes first trip .Handed her a 50 bill and received 5 (five) dollars and change .Not even thinking she would rip me off and also thinking there was a ten or more wrapped in the five.Got home and nope .Five dollars 75cents was what she give me .Forgetting about it a week later found myself in falcon ridge, sure enough ! filled my tank came to $51.35 handed her 3 twenties got back five bucks no change.Thinking my wife got paid the right amount I pulled away drove home and sure enough . Week later my wife pulled in for a fill up threw the change in her purse again it was ($52.)even wife give the same stupid chic $60 came home the chic gave her a five no change.Now I understand it is only a few bucks her and there .But What really upsets me is I tried being nice about it understanding she was new !But when I brought it to her attention she just flirted with me and giggled it off .I mentioned it to another guy there and he said she was new and they were having issues with her .So question is why the hell keep her there if she is ripping off the customers .Cheap gas means nothing if I have to loose what I would save in the end.I will not go back there until I know they have gotten rid of her .I am thinking they need to be more selective on whom they are hiring as of late .My question is were do we complain if no one is listening ?.

On several occassions I have gone to the Domo in Midnapore ( Calgary ) between 9:30pm - 9:45pm to buy smokes and or gas, when asked how i was paying told them cash, and am then told that the cash has been done for the night and was refused service...big sign at the station says exact cash between 10pm and 7am. so why can I not pay with $20 or $40 and get my change back...i cant always use my debit card ..Last night i showed up there at 9:40 and was told by the attendant to give him a f@#$ing break as he had to go to a second job and a funeral the next day...i apologized for his loss and asked what that had to do with now, he said whatever cant do it! and I said I would be speaking to Craig (his Manager) and he said dont worry I will deal with Craig. he was alone on shift but it wouldnt have taken him that long to give me change and fix the till to whatever it is set at...I have worked in customer service all my life and always go out of my way to look after the guests! him swearing at me was also very inappropriate . I have been going to this Domo location for many many years, but now I refuse to go back
