Dog Pawtydog harness

Ordered a dog harness for our Westie, size small. Queried after 6 weeks as to shipping delays or details.
Prompt reply stating they would look into the matter. Appears the shipment was lost somewhere in China.
Requested a refund. Prompt reply stating a manager would contact us within 48 hours.
2 weeks later have sent a second request for a refund and still have not heard from them.
Poor customer service and support.
Would not recommend dealing with this website.
