I was a little confused about the shipping situation, but Kathryn hooked it up and explained everything to me. She's the Canadian Shipping queen, for real. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with DJM Suspension. I ordered some beams from them way back in November, and it's now been months and I still haven't received them. I've sent them multiple emails asking for updates, but every time they just give me some excuse and tell me it'll be another two months before they can ship my order. This has happened four times now, and I'm starting to lose my patience.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from DJM Suspension. I mean, I gave them a one-star rating, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. If there was a zero-star option, I would have chosen that. This is just a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through it.

I mean, I get that sometimes things can get delayed or whatever, but this is just ridiculous. It's been months and I still don't have my order. And the fact that they keep pushing back the shipping date just makes it even worse. I don't know what's going on over there, but they really need to get their act together.

So yeah, if you're thinking about buying from DJM Suspension, I'd say think again. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually know how to get things done. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I recently made a purchase from DJM Suspension and was excited to receive my parts. However, two days after my initial purchase, I received an email from the company stating that there would be a two week delay. I responded to the email, thanking them for letting me know and saying that I was okay with the delay.

Unfortunately, a month went by and I still had not received my parts. I decided to reach out to the company via email to inquire about the status of my order. I waited a week and did not receive a response, so I sent another email with the same request. Still no response.

After waiting another week, I sent yet another email expressing my disappointment with the lack of communication. To my surprise, I received an email response accusing me of lying and stating that they never leave customers hanging. They also informed me that my parts would be shipped the following week.

I was put off by the rude customer service and the lack of concern for my situation. The emails I received became increasingly rude throughout the day, which led me to cancel my order and request a refund.

Overall, my experience with DJM Suspension was not a positive one. The lack of communication and rude customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this company to others.

I recently came across a video on YouTube that strongly endorsed the 4/6 drop on a 2005 Sierra, and I was intrigued. I had built this truck from the ground up, with everything brand new, including custom paint and the exact wheels and tires I wanted. Before buying the bottom A arm/c notch kit, I talked to the tech guy about the setup, and he assured me that I wouldn't have any rubbing or problems. To be extra cautious, I also bought the upper A arms and shocks all the way around.

I had the kit professionally installed, but to my dismay, the truck did nothing but rub on the front tires and cut my new tires. The shocks I bought with the kit also bounced too much in the front, making it undrivable. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I called DJM Suspension first thing Monday morning to explain the problem.

Unfortunately, the tech guy I spoke to was short with me and acted like I was bothering him. I was taken aback by his attitude, especially since I had trusted his advice when purchasing the kit. The company didn't want to work with me or take a restocking fee, which only added to my frustration. If I hadn't talked to the tech guy beforehand, I would have assumed the problem was all on me.

I have dealt with suspension companies before, and I have never experienced such poor customer service. I spoke with Kathy, who I believe is a manager, and she was no help either. All I know is that I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. Their customer service is terrible, and their products don't live up to their promises. I should have stuck with the suspension companies I had dealt with before.

I've been running my own body shop for over 40 years and have worked on countless custom vehicles, including many lowered S10 pickups and Blazers. Recently, I decided to give DJM Suspension's lowering package a try on my own 2002 S10 pickup, which only had 40,000 miles on it. I was initially impressed with the A-arms, which looked nice and had grease zerks on all the bushings. However, I was disappointed to find that the ball joints had none.

After installing the kit and getting it aligned twice, I still couldn't get the correct caster set. The truck also rides very rough compared to other brands, which is something to keep in mind. This morning, I took the truck out of storage for a little drive and hit a small bump about a mile from home. Unfortunately, the driver's side ball joint came apart, causing me to skid down the road and off the shoulder. Thankfully, I wasn't driving at 55 mph, but it was still a scary experience.

I told my friend about what happened, and he reminded me that his DJM Suspension kit had also caused his ball joint to come apart, along with the shock mount. Now, I'm facing a tow bill and the prospect of having to pull both ball joints out because I can't trust the other one. Alternatively, I may have to replace both control arms altogether.

Overall, I'm sorry to say that I think QA1's might be a better option. If you do decide to go with DJM Suspension, make sure you check out your replacement parts very carefully before putting them on. It's not worth the risk of having something like this happen to you.
