I bought 2 tires from tires.auto and then I read the reviews. I was a bit worried for a sec, but then I got an email saying that my tires were shipped. And guess what? I got them today, a whole day early! That's some great service right there. I'm really happy with my purchase and I think you should buy from them too. They're legit, you know?

So, I was really excited to order a tire from Tires.auto. I waited patiently for the delivery to arrive, but when it finally did, it said it was delivered to a different address. I was so confused and frustrated when I got home and saw that there was no tire waiting for me. I immediately contacted customer service to try and resolve the issue, but they were not very helpful at all. They didn't offer me a refund or even suggest replacing my order. I was really disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you need tires. Who knows, the same thing might happen to you too.

Don't even think about ordering from tires.auto. I ordered five tires and got an email saying they got my order. They charged my credit card right away, but I never got my tires. I called them up and finally got through, and they said they only had four tires and gave me a refund. But I never got my money back. I said I'd take the four tires, but they never sent them. Now they won't even pick up the phone and their voicemail is full. They don't even answer emails.

I recently bought a set of 4 tires from Tires.auto through Walmart. The process was pretty smooth, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues. Out of the 4 tires I ordered, only 2 were shipped to my residence, while the other 2 were supposed to be delivered to the store. However, one of the tires shipped to the store turned out to be defective, which was discovered by the mechanic before installation. I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund from wm.com and reordering a replacement tire.

To make matters worse, the 5th tire I ordered took a whopping 2 weeks to be delivered to the store. Finally, after a month of waiting, I was able to leave Walmart with 4 brand new tires. But my luck didn't last long, as I ended up getting a screw in one of my rear tires shortly after leaving the store. I had to reorder yet another tire, which was supposed to be shipped and delivered within 4 days. However, I was informed that the shipment has been delayed by an additional 10 days!

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Tires.auto. While the ordering process was easy, the delays and defective tire made it a frustrating experience. I hope they can improve their quality control and shipping times in the future.
