I open this account for my son, to explain to him how a REIT and dividends work. Four months into the possession of the account, dividends stopped. They claimed it was because they were revamping their system, and I would get a notification as to my dividends in approximately 10 to 12 months. That shouldve been a red flag for me at the time, having worked for the SEC for a number of years, you cant just arbitrarily decide to not bother telling anyone how much money theyre going to make on a REIT. After a year, And not receiving any notification of dividends, or communication of any kind, I decided that this obviously wasnt working as a training aid and attempted to close my account and get my money back. I have made 17 message attempts, 31 emails, and 11 unanswered phone call messages, and Ive heard nothing back. Its like the company has vanished, or simply has stolen the money with no intention of either paying any dividends, or releasing the funds, even though according to my account information it is still there. (Although there has been no increase in dividend in over 12 months). On their website, there is virtually no access to contact information other than leaving messages. This is not the sort of company I would recommend doing business with, and I said seriously consider reporting them to the SEC.

I invested $500 in 2021 expecting transparent and consistent data showing any gains/losses pertaining to my investment such as has been provided to me by other REIT companies I have invested in. At the very beginning, Diversyfund was forthcoming with providing information readily available via their website, where it was possible for me to track my investment's performance. However, that all ended subsequent to the 3rd Quarter of 2021. That is when all gains activities froze, only to reflect to-date, the unchanged 2nd Quarter 2021 gain of $13. This is unfathomable given the performance and my experience with other *non-DiversyfundREIT companies. Upon contacting the company in order to close my account and request a refund of my original investment (they can keep the measly $13 for all I care), they instead proceeded to *** me with lengthy company literature, thereby declining my request. As far as I am concerned, Diversyfund is running a scam, and of course, it is to their benefit to keep their investors in the dark as they pocket their gains, instead of rightfully distributing them, accordingly. They have recently revamped their website, and when I log into my account, instead of showing any current gains, it instead displays a bogus, unrealistic growth chart. I don't expect to ever see this money again, so, INVESTOR BEWARE!

I originally invested with this company back in December. I noticed when I went into my account my initial investment stated to invest it was my understanding once those funds come out of my account and the funds are held in escrow for the number of days needed that they would automatically invested as these isn't away to invest in individual REIT funds. I noticed in 2020 I didn't receive any dividends; however, due to Covid-19 I just figured that was the reason. Here we are almost two years later and although we are still in the pandemic *** is one of the sectors that is thriving. I reached out to find out why I'm not receiving or showing any dividends. Only to find out *** is no longer with the company. I reached out to the general box and a young lady stated my funds were never invested, and that she didn't know what happened. I request my money back, and I asked for confirmation as to if the funds would be deposited into my account or if a check would be sent to me. I can't seem to be an answer. I made two different investments from different accounts one of the accounts I no longer have the other account I still have. I have been checking this account and I still don't see anything. I've tried to call and it's just a generic voicemail box. I tried email to find out how my funds would be returns and again no response. This was a really horrible experience. I would say they need to pay me the dividend funds I should have been receiving plus my initial investment; however, at this point I just want my money back.

So I invested $2500 in 2021 (Growth Reit I) and then the company stopped paying dividends 11, without notice (they claimed it was in email but I never saw it). Since I was on auto pay they took it upon themselves to just assume that since Growth REIT I was now closed (5 year timer start) they would just start putting my monthly investment in a new plan without a signed contract. I complained stating I would not invest anymore money until I see return on my investment and got the Growth Reit II money (which I never signed up for) returned so I was happy about that. Well since it been almost a year since they stopped paying dividends and claimed at the end of 2022 or first part of 23 whatever that mystery date actually is. So checking in after almost a year on the $2500 + $11 in dividends I see the balance is $2510.83, So if all my money is 100% invested and all dividends are 100% re-invested, please tell me why my balance is lower (I know only .17 cents but dont say all earnings are reinvested if in fact they are not). If they are reinvested then my bal. Would show $2511.00 with 100% being reinvested. Also I see that you have my projected date 7 years not 5 years from close of REIT I. I know the date Growth REIT I closed and I will see you in 5 years. Please reinvest my .17 (skimmed) cents back into your property and return my balance to it true invested balance. If you are honest, your company with thrive but skimming cents on dollar hoping no one notices is fraudulent. Do the right thing, reinvest 100% as you boast/claim. I will see you again mid 2023 see if your claims on dividend are true too. Oh those quarterly statements on investments, still dont see those when I asked last year and you said it was coming. Now I know why you dont like statements because you can actually lose money apparently, even if 100% is reinvested.

I started a reit account in January with diversy fund and I initiated a one time deposit of $1500 into my reit on Sept. 22nd a couple hours later I logged back in and a notification shows up saying a deposit of $1500 and a recurring deposit of $500 is scheduled to fund your reit2. I never opened a reit2, I didnt even know there was an option to have a reit2 so I immediately emailed them and explained this and asked that they put the money in my reit and that I never opened a reit2 or have knowledge it even exists, I get a response that the reit1 is closed to new investors thats why it went into a reit2. I responded im not a new investor, my account is established, i only have 1 reit and to please put the money where i directed it to go and nothing was done and no response. About a week later still nothing had been done to fix it so I chatted online with an individual named Alaba and explained what happened he asked me to please give him a chance to straighten it out and he would get back to me that day, he never did and my account is still messed up a month later and since then i can't get anyone to respond to a live chat or my emails, they enter the chat, don't say anything, and then leave the chat, I've emailed several times no response and every time I call it's always a voice mail never a person i have left 2 voice mails and no return calls. What's also concerning is that there are online documents with my digital signature for a reit 2 that I never ever signed for like I said I have 1 reit and I initiated a one time deposit into my reit and without my knowledge a second reit was opened and the money was deposited there without my permission. All I want is my money put in the right place and the second reit to be closed and better communication between customers and staff instead of ignoring a legitimate customer complaint that's not even my mistake in the first place. -Thanks

There seems to be a considerable issue regarding support ticket resolution. Correspondence with this company does begin, but after a few replies, chats are disconnected without warning and emails are not returned. Due to this coinciding with some technical issues I have experienced on their website, and a mild mistake on my part regarding failure to update account information after a move which unfortunately led to a failed deposit. I believe it is not solely the fault of support representatives. I am utilizing this form due to the fact tickets go unresolved and unanswered due to this issue. This issue results in me not being able to preform basic account actions, and fulfill proof of identification requests made by the company utilizing this ticket system during initial correspondence. Additionally, i have yet to receive an email i was told i would be getting regarding identity verification.Identification, and supporting documents for the basis of this issue will be happily provided on request. However, i actually need to have someone respond more than once or twice before going silent. I've never had so much problems trying to invest my money in a fund before and this company needs to examine its site for what causes this extensive issue with support requests and basic site functionality.I would like to have reliable correspondence, preferably not utilizing the seemingly automated ticket system that continues to fail to maintain communication with support personnel. Filing multiple tickets to try to resolve one issue and being dropped early in the discussion is not acceptable or reasonable in my opinion. This should have been resolved in the first ticket had communication been maintained.Any required supporting documents or identification (as requested by this company during an account information change) will be made available once i actually get told where to send those documents too instead of getting a run around.

This company has taken my money and will not communicate with me
first they have NO phone number will not answer any e-mails and had the audacity to text me for more investment money called number and was disconnected stay away from this scammer looking to get a class action lawsuit
I invested $500 5 years ago and they won't release my money I can't get through to them through email or phone
I have asked multiple times to receive my funds back after NO dividend in 3 years. No response to emails either. Very sketchy and now have $1022 locked up which cannot not be retrieved. Better to just invest in a REIT in the stock market.
I have invested in 2019 and now its 6 years. Received dividends till 2023 and after that nothing...
No signs of money growing. No contacts, communication and nothing to know what is this money sitting out there.
