The customer service is really helpful, understanding, patient, and compassionate. My visa payments have occasionally caused me problems in the past, but they were easily fixed. Every time you click the chat button, someone is there to assist you. John Leo, my account manager, has been at my side the entire time and has never let me down.

I am new to prop firm and being an independent trader for two n a half year, relying on a funding program has been a big decision. Fundednext is excelling all of my expectation. As i heard from the other firms traders, it take a day or tow to receive the account for demo trading but i got instant access. This is my first trading day with someone else fund and i am thrilled to begin this journey. Lets hope for the best.

This is really great how they respond to any queries you have. I was so confused about the models and how they work, so I texted them asking my questions, and in no time got all my answers and support from their Customer support team. They are actually very gentle and well-mannered. Now coming to the main part, I subscribed for their Express model and gained a 15% profit share in the demo phase, and got my funded account after passing the challenges. Very Impressed with everything.

I looked for a prop firm for a long time because I feel like I am a good trader but do not have the capital to make a big profit. But here in Nigeria we can't send money more than 20 bucks. So I can never find a good firm to be funded. But fundednext is allowing me to send the money by bank transfer. And following up their site and fb, I took the chance and subscribed to one of their plans. Payment option was so smooth. I got the account yesterday when they sent me the confirmation of the payment.

If they consistently maintain how they are operating right now, they will rule the industry and I guarantee it. The models they have set are the best (compare yourself with other prop firms), their dashboard, customer service, trading rules, spread are up to the mark. Also, they are giving payouts and sharing proof at their discord community and other social media platforms. Currently I'm at phase 2 and got my 15% evaluation reward. I'm very happy with firm and will continue with them. Thinking of taking the 200k account in the near future.

When it sounds too good to be true it usually is. This company is not a legit company. They claim to have a support staff, yet each agent states the same thing like a robot, and oddly you 'the client' cannot even cancel your own account. You have to contact the account manager! My account manager, John Leo, has been ignoring my messages since I informed him that I would like to close my account. My evaluation account was paused for breaking their daily loss "rule," and they wanted me to pay another $300 to reset a DEMO account that I am not even making money off of! These rules are just another loophole for them to get more money, while they continue to string you along. I then emailed them, as it states to do on their own website when the client would like to close their account, but you guessed it, they cannot help! Just the same runaround, "contact your account manager" who's telegram account is ironically just now having technical issues! Hope you are following their game, because they think they are slick. Just filter all the negative reviews--they all say the same thing, SCAM! They are using your money to fund themselves! I cannot wait to see what response they will have to my review. Their unprofessionalism is comical, and only further proves that they are not a real company with a large support team like they claim. I would guess they only have a handful of people sitting in India somewhere. I ended up contacting my creditor to block them since there is no way for ME to remove my credit card, or close MY OWN account. DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!

January 20,2023 after I did my research, although I have read some negative reviews about this Prop firm I decided to give it a try. Because they had an offer that are very enticing, offers that other prop firm don't have. I Pulled my Card and Purchased 200k evaluation.

After few hours waiting, I have not receive any emails regarding my purchase, so I decided to contact support. They told me that they have not received my payment yet, they need to check it with the un-captured payment that I need to wait for 2 days for them to verify. So I waited.

I verified the transaction from my bank and payment was made to Fundednext. I inform the support regarding the the transaction, that the amount were already deducted from my bank account. They told me to wait until it was manually check.

January 22,2023 I contacted the support again (chat with Nuhash) he affirms that my payment were already been captured and they will provide my account within 14hrs.

Tired of waiting I contacted the support again (Chat with Sadaqat) he retracted the statement of nuhash and told me that they did not receive my payment. I repeatedly show Sadaqat my bank statement and certification showing that my bank already deducted the amount for the said evaluation.

Up until now I have not receive my paid evaluation with them.

Some of you may disagree with me but this is my experience with this prop firm.

Its not my fault if you did not capture my payment, maybe you need to improve your backend so that cases like mine in the future wont happen again on your customers. And please train your Customer service representative for them to know how to deal on such issues.

Not Good for Business

My Hard earned money was lost and it was already credited to this Prop Firm Account.

Just stay Away from this site, sooner or later your hard earned cash will just disappear.

Started good good my first payout last year and then absolute horrible. I traded in good faith with funded next event he slippage was bad and often delayed. I was first accused of using an HFT but im a manual trader and scalper using my own hotkey tools that i sell on the MQL marketplace as well. Im a licensed trader from Hong Kong and used funded next as one of my income streams as well as other prop firms in addition to my own accounts. Now payout day comes and im getting accused of Group trading and such like so many others as well. Im travelling trough Asia the last 8 months with stations in Cambodia, Mumbai, China, Hong Kong, Thailand. The accoutn manager John Leo knew about it all. I also met the CEO at the FXEXPO 2022 In Bangkok and spoke to him as well talked on how to EXPAND into China. Now they have deleted me from DISCORD when i was asking about the issue and why im keep getting deleted and blocked. I was not rude or anything just asked about the accusations!. Ticket got deleted and nobody responds. Its not even that large of a payout. About 7K. Started good but going under as just another scam like so many other recently. Well im flying to DHAKA to remind you guys that you signed a contract with my firm and not as an individial and you guys are also bound to this contract!. I traded in good faith and to be so abused by you guys. Horrible. But u know karma comes back! I suggest you guys should google AK CAPITAL and whats behind it.! Thank you

WHAT is wrong with this people!
What is wrong with those guys. First they deny payout based on copy trading or such. Then they posted a ridiculous video and ny full name on their discord. This happened of course after my attorney contacted them and demanded the payouts.

Pile up the evidence against you guys. Now to the payout demand from my attorney im gonna pile up an defamation case as you publicly share my name with false claims.

Maybe you guys should check the ip from those trades. At that time I used forexvps and beeks vps 2 of the largest vps providers and im sure that others used it as well!

I passed fundednext challenge and get a $200,000 live account from fundednext. I made $10,000 profit. However, fundednext didn’t split the profit they just said I’m cheating with group trading with no clear prove. How come I made the profit and they not split the profit and refund the registration fees. They just stole all hard work money.
