The management refused to go the extra mile and when I got upset he became condescending and started belittling me. To top it all off he started discussing me with another customer. All I wanted to know is if my card was loaded as promised. They have left a bad taste in my mouth considering I buy from Dischem every month. I will just go to clicks and as the manager said I am most welcome to do so. They clearly have enough customers. Thanks Dischem.

Hi there, it is a Saturday (13h15) and there are only 3 people working in the dispensary. And it isn't the first time as most often when I visit the carlswald dispensary, there are ridiculously long queues. It's been 25 mins. Surely something needs to be done about this.
