Dis-Chem Pharmacies review: Frozen beach bag with towel, sunglasses, cap etc

Good day

A gift received by my 7yr old for her Christmas wish, was frayed on the side, by the 3rd time of use. Imagine her disappointment! Please advise if it can be returned for repairs. A word of advice to the manufacturer, this is a product aimed at targeting kids, bag should've been reinforced,
strengthening the quality of the product.
