On 17th July 2016 I have made payment to pay outstanding bill and terminate my digi mobifi account (015-[protected]) but they have not updated the payment in both the mobifi and my handphone number([protected]). I was made aware of this when I receive call from Digi telling me I haven't paid for my mobifi broadband around November 2016, luckily I still kept the receipt but then I realised on the receipt they have channeled that payment to the handphone account. But this amount was not reflected on the handphone account as well, because I had to pay my monthly bills as usual. Please resolve this ASAP, thank you
