This company offered a free trial for delivery charges only. Gave 10 days for trial but cannot reach
them to cancel account on the 8th day. However, when inquiring about my credit card, my company
say that Diet Max Cleanse has already charged $87.47 to my account and I have not been given a chance
to cancel since they do not answer their phone and the email address is not available. I did go in to the
original site and did an unsubscribe. I have received the trial capsules and after taking just one capsule
became sick with a heart rate of 109 beats per minute. I was charged the $3.87 for shipping of this
sample and am willing to pay that charge. But, my trial period ends today and they cannot be reached.
My credit card company say charged my account for the new order on Aug. 11 which is 5 days before my
trial period is to end? They say they will delete the charge. I am very unhappy with the company. I
think they are scamming people!

My complaint is the same. I've tried to cancel this scam for three months now and have written my credit card company telling them the sad story of this company and their bad credit practices. I will refuse to pay any further charges from this company since they've charged me three months in a row for something I cancelled the first month. After finally talking to a supervisor that I held on the line for at least 15 minutes finally said they would refund the last payment, but only $49.00 of a $112.00 charge. Why? The rest is for re-stocking the pills that I sent back. Don't use this company ever and told them I'm filling a formal complaint with the BBB.

Wife got caught by same scam. She ordered the Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle fron https://www.naturecleansing.com on 9/07/2010 and was suppose to only be charged $1.95 for S&H. Same old blah-blah about 10 day trial and being able to cancel at anytime by calling their toll-free number--TOTAL BULL! Before she was ever charged the $1.95 she started getting charged by DIET MAX [protected], then more charges by DIET MAX [protected], then charges by COLOBLAST [protected], and PROFITVAULT [protected]. All of the unauthorized charges resulted from original online order for Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle on 9/07/2010. Between 9/09/2010 and 10/26/2010 there have been 9 additional charges from scammers other than the 50F*NATURACLE.COM charge of $1.95 my wife starting into this with. Additional charges were in amounts of $3.87, $87.47, $78.98, $2.95, $87.47, $1.49, $9.76, $1.49, and $9.76 for total of $285.19 in charges. Bank told us they try the small charges to see if they go through them they'll WHAM you with the larger amounts. My wife and I have made several attempts to contact and cancel and get refund via phone--TOTAL SCAM! Finally cancelled wife's bank card on 10/26/2010 when the COLOBLAST & PROFITVAULT charges were detected. All of these outfits are sharing my wife's bank card info. On 10/26/2010 I called the 'Customer Service' for COLOBLAST [protected] and talked with 'Larry'. Larry claims the $1.49 charge was a convenience fee stemming from my wife's order placed on 9/07/2010; yeah right and I'm General Eisenhower! Larry claimed to be in Hollywood, FL. Don't expect to ever get a refund and don't care to ever get any product, just want money back or a mob hanging of everyone who is associated with these out-and-out theives. This is an out right scam by internet thieves. Collecting evidence to file complaints where ever and with whom ever I can; FBI Internet Fraud, Federal Trade Comission, State Consumer Protection. Don't expect much to come of it except work out frustration. Feel pretty powerless to really do what needs to be done to the group of individuals perpretrating this fraud and theft on many-many people.

I ordered the trial on 10-8-10, on 10-13-10 I saw 2 minimal charges on my card for DIET MAX and then another for a FOREIGN FEE and I saw that $87.13 was PENDING; I called them that same day and said I have not even receieved this and am definitely not done with the "TRIAL PERIOD" and they made me fill out this online cancellation form, which i have done 2x now and never have I received any confirmation and they tell me that the charge will be refunded to my account within 10-15 days! Now I've been calling them for 2 days and haven't been able to get through.

This company web site, www.mydietmaxcleanse.com, is a scam. They sell Dietary Supplement. There is no way for a customer to see if the customer is unhappy with the product Dietary Supplement in the 10 days period. Following the Terms and Limits of their web site, I tried to call them and cancel my order several times. There is no way to reach them. This company failed their Terms and Limits of their web site.

To cancel on line go to:
www.cancelsite.com/mc

The pasword I was given was online
The user name is my first and last name
The name of the company representative I was given was chandi.

Good luck and hope it works. The site stated they will send a confirmation email, but it has not come through yet. My Credit Card company has put a block on my account for this vendor.

I cannot believe that this company is allowed to exist. I told them when they called to tell me to "make sure I took the pills with warm water" that I didn't want them and I wanted to cancel. They took $87.47 out of my checking along with these international fees. I called them and they told me I could send it back but they would only refund me $47. Then a month later, they took another $87 out of my bank account along with international fees. Today I looked at my account and they took $1.49.

How do we get out money back!

I was able to reach the company on the 5th day of the trial, but I had already been charged for the product plus the $3.87 and $ 1.49. Their representative argued with me for nearly 15 minutes before he would agree to reverse the charges and cancel my order. He offered to give me an additional 10 days, but I just wanted the order canceled. I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and he finally stopped trying to bully me into continuing the order. They emailed me a website to go to so that I could "Unsubscribe" and it took nearly 100 attempts before the website would load.

FYI - I just checked by bank account... This all happened in 9/14/2010. I now have new charges from them on my bank card as of 10/20/10 for $ 9.76 AND on 10/22/10 for $35.81, not to mention the international charges that my bank charges me.

I have just been scammed by these people too. I fell for the "free sample" advertisement for the Acai diet pills, then found out they took the $3.05 for the postage, which was ok, but 5 days later another $1.58 and the next day $77.94. I have tried to email them but it comes back as "undeliverable". I have tried phoning them at the Australian contact number, but I keep getting a message saying "its after business hours, ring back after business hours". I have tried this number all day and still the same message. It does not say what their business times are either.
What can I do next? How can these people get away with this? Ripping people off money they can't afford? And why is facebook condoning their advertising?
It's disgusting! I am going to try and see what I can do legally to stop them.

I am in ful agreeance of this company being classed as a scam. In fact they scammed me for in excess of $750 NZD before I realised the money had gone from my account. I would like it if anyone has the authorities (fraud dept) that they could post on this site so I can retreieve it and an address too would be good. I am not planning to sit back on this matter. Justice needs to be done. They say "what goes around, comes around". Rather not be in their shoes.

Same story here except they charged my account $87.47 twice. I have given them 20 business days to refund my account they said the charges were removed. They were not. Every time I call they say their computers are down and to call back or they just disconnect. Cancel your card and get new ones. They can continue to charge you. [protected]. They will not let you speak to a supervisor. I cancelled 3 days after my order and still got charged even though the CNN endorsement states you only pay $3.87 for shipping. Bottom line is dont buy on line. Lesson learned. It could have been worse.

The same thing has happened to me. I didnt even get my product until the 10th day and nowhere did it read ten day trial or cancell in ten days! I have been charged $90 so far when it was only suppose to be $2.95. I called and made a complaint to the Federal Trade Comission and The Better Business Bureau. I advise everyone who has been scammed from this to do so and prevent more people for bing scammed. I hope they do not charge my account again!

I ordered this weight loss pill from Diet Max El Tecal on 9/8/2010 and just paid the shipping and handling for a FREE 10-Day Trial Offer. I didn't receive the merchandise until 9/13/2010. I took the product that week and actually gained 2 1/2 pounds. I called on 9/17/2010 to cancel because it was not working and I was dissatisfied with the results. In checking my credit card statement there was a charge for $87.47 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $2.62 (Totaling $90.09) I immediately called them. I spoke with several agents that I could barely understand, I was hung up on twice. In speaking with all the agents they stated the same thing that I had cancelled on 9/18/2010 which was after the 10-Day trial period. I explained that I did not I had called them on 9/17/2010 because I called from work and I do not work weekends and that I have the conversation recorded. They said even if I did call on 9/17/2010 that that was still after 10 days. I asked if they don’t know how to count because that was the 10th day and it was supposed to be free for 10-Days. I also stated that they had charged my account on 9/16/2010 which was even before the trial period was over with. They tried to tell me that they didn’t charge it until 9/17/2010 which was the 10th day but my statement shows otherwise. I spoke with agents #377; #511; #382 and after several hours on hold, transferred and having to call back after they hung up on me. I finally spoke with a supervisor who stated they would issue a refund within 7-10 business days. I again received another charge on my credit card from ProfitVault [protected] on 10/18/2010 for $9.76 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $0.29 (Totaling $10.05) I called them and it went to the same people as Diet Max. I spoke with agent #100 and she said I would have to call their customer service number [protected] and speak with them. I then called that number and also got the run around, they said that I authorized charges through Diet Max to purchase some coupon club or something to that affect; I’m still not even sure what it was for. She proceeded to tell me that it would be beneficial to keep the membership, etc. needless to say I got upset and told her I didn’t want their business and I didn’t authorize their charge and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said that when you signed up with Diet Max you authorized their affiliates to sign you up to their programs too and authorized the charges. Needless to say I wasn’t happy I told her I did not want whatever this was and to cancel everything and send me a refund. She said that she would submit the refund for $9.76 but I am out the Foreign Transaction Fee, she stated that I would receive credit on my account within 7-10 business days. I have heard that before. I again called Diet Max [protected] because I still hadn’t received my refund for the $87.47 from last month. I got the same run around and I finally spoke to a supervisor after being on hold forever. She said I didn’t get a refund because I wasn’t eligible for one, that my purchase was non-refundable. I asked her why because the supervisor I had talked to last month said the bill was a mistake and that I was going to get a refund. She said that the billing department decided that. This company needs to be stopped; I have contacted my credit card dispute center and am awaiting a response. I have ALL my documentation and a recording of every phone call I made to them including dates and times to prove I cancelled my order in time, etc. I suggest all those who have been wronged to contact their local law enforcement or contact the better business bureau. And for those who have not ordered yet, don’t or you will regret it! So far I am out a total of $100.14.

I was charged the $3.87 for the trial, after 9 days i called and was given an extended 10 days since i had not yet received the trial. I waited another 5 days and then call back again. They tried to get me to wait more but after talking to my Dr was told he did not want me to do this diet, so i told them to cancel my order. They tried again saying they would hate me to lose my $3.87 and not even get to try it, I said i don't care about the $3.87 just to cancel me NOW. So she sent me a form in my email to fill out and cancel my order through. I never heard from them and thought it was all taken care of. Today they charged to my card $35.81 for what i have no idea. I called my bank immediately and filed fraud charges on them and they are issuing me a new card.

I did order the FREE TRAIL of Pills both Procleanse Gold and Diet Max, but along with the original shipping total cost of $16.00, I had the additional costs of pills on my criedt card statements too. I never received them. But... the BEST PART IS... I also had over $3500.00 put on my credit card from Great Britain, (and I have never been and am in Canada) where Procleanse Gold shows up on my credit card statements, coming from? Weird or just a coincidence. Think what you may, but please do not order from these people.

These people actually had the nerve to e-mail me after charging me for the trial even though the never sent it.

But at least I finally got their email address since non of their phone numbers actually work for me to cancel the order.

It is acaimax@acaimax.info

Everyone e-mail them & let them know that you know the company is being investigated for fraud.

Don't order from them. They will take your money. I noticed small amounts of money taken, and they told me it was not them, although it said DietMax was the charge. I called twice to cancel my account and was told it was canceled. They also assured me that no additional funds would been taken. I checked today and $88 was taken from my account. I called and they said that they didn't get the message to billing in time and they I will receive a refund in 10-15 business day. I told them if I didn't receive my money I would be going to the Police department and filing a theft report. We'll see what happens.

I cannot believe this company continues to get away with such fraud! Same thing as everyone listed above. Charged and cannot get the promised refund. All foreigners that you cannot understand on the phone on top of that. Asked to talk to a supervisor twice and waited forever! Supervisor was just another phone rep in the room with the others. Well would you believe it!finally go through to a guy called Colby Rep # 016, who was ok but did try and convince me they we really into ...wait for it!...customer service.

Well all i could do was direct him to this site for some customer feedback.

He tried to convince me it's ...wait for it again!, a "misunderstanding"...knock me down with a feather.

Cancelled the subscription and told him not to bother with the "FREE" trial.

Now I'll have to wait and see if they try to make a claim on my account. I have my credit card provider tag with an alert to ensure no monies are released to this organisation.

Wish you all well with your communications with Diet max. For me I never want to hear from them or any other online health supplement company, ever! leason well and truley learnt...

I "STRONGLY" disagree with TheLoveFist11...I did read the T&C's and while I am happy to enter the free trial I am not signing up for a monthly subscription. I want to cancle within the terms i.e. 10 days and this outlet is impossible. All the contact numbers they give are a set up and with no email address how can you contact them. They are happy for you to enter the contract using the web but do not enable you to use the same medium to perform the contract under law.
I have contacted my credit card provider and the BBC watchdog who are taking up the case on my behalf. This cowboy outfit will not get any more of my hard earned cash if i can possible stop it!

Wow, have only been taking it for 2 days and got a major migraine and very nauseous to the point I had to leave work! The number I'm calling is constantly busy [protected]) to cancel the whole thing. I'm calling my bank and have them blocked immediately. I read the small print etc before buying it but this is not a product for me, way to many side effects. I'm going the old fashioned way, diet and exercise! First and last time I'm trying to order something like this on the internet. I just don't think there is a miracle pill out there that will really help. Just got suckered in because I'm so damn busy and hardly have time for anything! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

They did the same thing to me. I called and cancelled before I even got their free product and they still charged me $87.47. I have spoken to John who barely spoke any English. After much stress, he claimed to have cancelled the order, that was after he tried convincing me to take the product and he will refund me $20. Also, to add insult to injury, he advised me that if I refused the product or returned it to them they are going to refund me only $43 out of the $87, this $44 is for restocking fee. I never received the free sample nor did I get the shipment they charged me for.

Well at least you guys ordered the product. I have never even hear of this company or their products. I hopped on my online banking today to see that I was charged $87.47 three days ago and $2.95 yesterday. I have never received a product from them nor care too. My husband and I are in excellent physical condition because we are both in the military. I made one phone call and spoke to Kathy who took my name and phone number and couldn't find any record of me. Huh? I wonder why? Maybe because I never ordered anything. I had to google "diet max" just to find a phone number. Kathy then refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I hung up and called immediately back and got agenpt 60. He insisted on going through the same process and hit a dead end also. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor immediately. He tried to say he would have one call back later today, but I insisted I speak to one now. He then put me on hold for about 6 minutes before transferring me to a supervisor. I was transferred to Ella and she was of no further help. She kept questioning me about other people with my last name. Which happens to be Smith. Then she actually wanted to know if I would give her my credit card information?! I said no way of course. After a 45 minute phone call she said she would transfer my information onto billing and that I needed to call back in 3-5 business days. Not happening. I immediately got off the phone called the police who said I needed to fill out dispute paperwork with my bank first. Which happens to be an hour away for me. My husband and I will be going to the bank today to fill that out and see if any results can be reached.

Seems I also have become their victim, I also thought the same as the others and ordered the Free Trial on 10/4 but later saw my account was emptied by som £63+.94p and this morning another £1 for foreign exchange etc. I did phone the company the same day and was told the account is closed but will be charged $9.99 for cancellation, till today I have not received any email confirming that? How do I tackle this? I perhaps try and stop the payments thru my bank.

I was also scammed by this company and charged $87.47 to my credit card. I did not receive the product until 3 days after my order of the "trial". I called the day after I received the product because my credit card was charged the above amount. They said they would e-mail be a confirmation to cancel and refund my money. I waited for the e-mail an did not receive it. I called them back 3 days later and was told my trial was over and I would not receive a refund now. They said I was supposed to call them within an hour if I did not receive an e-mail when I called the first time, this was conveniently never mentioned so of course I was past my "trial" period. When I called them the 2nd time a miraculously received the e-mail the sent within 2 minutes! Why can't the BBB go after these people and make them refund the money that they are ripping people off?I am canceling my card (of course I will have to pay more money to cancel it through no fault of mine)!

I see all the complaints on "DIETMAX & CLEANSE" !
We ordered the product Sept 15. Have yet to receive it! We were allowed a 10 day free trial. On Sept 24 we were billed 92.63 for Diet Max. Not requested as we do not need diet! On Sept 26th we were billed $95.22 for Diet Cleanse !
This is a total SCAM! They do not answer their phone, nor is there a message answer system.
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

In terms and conditions written by your company, we are bound as a customer #1853540 to follow. Why dont you follow it .
1) Received wrong product on the 6/7/10 Today I received your product Maximum Burn Extreme which I didnt order anyway as I am a female and not a male.I placed an order for a 10 day trial of acai-diet.
2)Ordered product 24/9/10 got charged on the 30/9/10 which makes 6days not 10days you clearly state that you charge after 10days of order. So this is fraud.
3)You clearly state will receive within 3-7days Post date stamped 27/9/10 3 days after my order. Then you charge my credit card 3 days after that.
4) I have tried several times to cancel your product within the 10 days trial which you state in your terms and conditions on the 4/10/10 with my emails failing to reach you and being returned. Not being able to reach you by phone either.
5) How can you trial a product for 10days once ordered when you dont receive it until12days after order? I'm still scratching my head...
6)Not happy with product and want to cancel your so called trial period which obviosly didnt happen, and all subscriptions and emails you also charge for. Please cancel all transactions and refund unauthorised bank transaction of $87.47 Dehlia

What a laugh read terms of services by Hate Dietmax comment The company obviously doesnt follow their terms Charging your credit card 6 days after order. What a joke of a 10 day trial when you dont even receive the product until 12days after order and they send the wrong product... Equation: wrong product No trial and unauthorised bank transaction... No chance to cancel but Cancel your Credit card so they cant take no more. Also Added international fees. Spells FRAUD and SCAM to me... BEWARE...
This is what I sent them still waiting for an answer fingers crossed...

One born every minute - add me to the list. Luckily, I put 3.87 on credit card. My credit card co said once charge posts (yep-they tried to run one through for $87 TODAY - one day before trial period ended and SAME day I rec'd sample) I could call and report fraud, and they would do the dispute. Down side is I have to get a new credit card #, but this is one person that has LEARNED HER LESSON! Too bad I was feeling all fat & bloaty one day, eh?
