This company offered a free trial for delivery charges only. Gave 10 days for trial but cannot reach
them to cancel account on the 8th day. However, when inquiring about my credit card, my company
say that Diet Max Cleanse has already charged $87.47 to my account and I have not been given a chance
to cancel since they do not answer their phone and the email address is not available. I did go in to the
original site and did an unsubscribe. I have received the trial capsules and after taking just one capsule
became sick with a heart rate of 109 beats per minute. I was charged the $3.87 for shipping of this
sample and am willing to pay that charge. But, my trial period ends today and they cannot be reached.
My credit card company say charged my account for the new order on Aug. 11 which is 5 days before my
trial period is to end? They say they will delete the charge. I am very unhappy with the company. I
think they are scamming people!

Hello i'm in Toronto canada and i too ordered there 10 day trial and i ordered on november 2 called many times after and they where to busy to answer cause there where so many complaints i got a hold of them on the 12th of november and they had already charged my account on the 10 th of november and they will not work with you to help solve the issue it is now the 15th of november and i still have not received the trial offer they said there not responsible for the mail times of different zones well they claim that from florida to toronto ontario will take more then 15 days which they dont state in the small print just that you have to cancel before 12 days please notify your local authority of this scam and post on facebook and twitter
they should be called wallet cleanse

HI, i am going through the same thing with Diet max now. they have just charged my credit card again, + all the fees. Go to your bank and place a dispute to stop the transactions but this is a slow process. Someone needs to stop these crooks! I didn't even get both products so i was scammed right from the beginning

My story is the same, applied for free trail, they then charged me £55.95 for nothing, as I only received the free trial. My bank is trying to sort this mess, to avoid having to pay for more goods not received. has anybody an email address, or telephone number that actual works,

Tried calling all the numbers and no-one answers. my bank is aware of this mob and lots of people have been scammed here in Australia too. last resort cancel your credit card. Bank is pretty confident that they will refund and shut down these people. I am also concerned about the ingredients used in these pills?

Australian phone is [protected] i got through twice after tried for 5 weeks WHAT A SCAM! the first bottle was trail and all you paid was for postage what a lot of crap when i finally got through to them the first time they the next bottle would be sent that day because 96.44 was taken out of bank the next time they told me that was for the first bottle you only get 10 days to trial it then you pay for it . what a load rubbish the the i have is [protected] i got message to call back during business hours which i was doing for 5 weeks every body should make a complaint to fair trading and get they business stopped

PLEASE TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS ###### company even if you cancel your credit card and get a new one they can still take money out of your new one .also the bank told if you choose not to get a new card because of them if you cant get a hold of them you still end up owing the money to them

I think it may be the same company as brite white. I got charged $87 without any sample product they claimed they'll send. Their company address is 3609 North 29 Avenue Hollywood, FL 33020
The Number is [protected]. When I asked why they charged for the things I did not order, the representative kept changing the topic, and cut off the line.

Hey guys, I have posted here about a week ago. I have ordered the so called 'free trial' on 6 Nov but immediately called up my credit card co. to report my card lost. They have closed my old account and opened a new one with new card and number. It is 12 days since the order and 2 days past the 'trial period' and I seem to have only been charged for the innitial shipping fee. As my card was reported 'lost' they should not be able to charge me on it but this whole thing got me quite paranoid and I am checking my account several times a day to make sure. Re cancelling my 'subsription' - well I tried to call them loads of times, within the 10 days trial period but I was either not be able to get through or when I finally managed to get through and speak to some rep, they go: 'How can I help?' As soon as I explained what I want she goes 'Im sorry our systems are down please call in 3 hours'...interesting. I am sure if their systems were down she would have informed me of this right at the start of the phone call, at least other 'contact centres' do so... I have tried to send several emails which I never got response or confirmation to. I also tried that link someone posted on here and cancelled that way, I got an email after, that showed the cancellation form, I am taking it as confirmation that I have done it or attempted to cancel just in case i need it in the future. I have given up calling them up. Hopefully now that my card has been replaced they wont be able to charge me and for some reason I dont think the studpid company would try to come back to me saying 'I owe them money'...I never even received the stupid sample and they cannot charge me for something I never got. And I would have expected that if I sign up for something, I get a confirmation email saying so (like any normal and legit company would do) icluding full terms and conditions, the email I got never said anything like that so I have basically not entered into any 'contract' with them so they can kiss my a**! WHEN I CALLED THEIR REP FOR AN E-MAIL ADDRESS THE REP WHO ANSWERED SAID THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE.

HOW DOES THIS COMPANY FUNCTION? WE SHOULD ALL COMBINE FORCES AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED

IT IS TIME THAT THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC TOOK ACTION. OR ELSE THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP ON CONNING PEOPLE.

I ordered the product on sept 10th did not recieve the product being 8 days later when I was told 24/hours, I told him to cancel it. He extended my time for another 10 days as I read the terms and services and didnt want to be charged for something I hadnt recieved. It was confirmed I cancelled within the 10 day period. I see now I was charged 1/2 price for the product which i recieved 3 weeks later. I phoned them today they said i was charged half price because of insufficient funds? Im like I have 2000.00 on my card and your telling me 75.26 was too much. You pay according to the terms and services she said. But I read them I told her and cancelled before that time so I wouldnt be charged and now your charging me half prices because you said I had insufficient funds for the entire amoutn.After the 5th time she reassured me my account had been canceled the first time in sept and said goodbye. By the way the number they give to call on the cancellation form doesnt work. I also will report them to the BBB.

I have never recieved any product from this company and still have been charged almost 100 dollars on my credit card. This is the biggest scam out there and someone needs to be regulating this company so that they are not continueing to ROB people of their money!

Well clever you, TheLoveFist II ! I beg to differ. While I agree that you should read the terms and conditions when you sign up for something but if the company says in their conditions that you CAN cancel within 10 days of the trial if you are not happy with the product, it is their obligation to cancel it if you wish. However this company doesnt follow their own conditions. They seem to do anything in their power to not cancel your account when you wish to do so. Why don't they say this in their conditions? They seem to be breaking pretty much every rule there is about business.

the same thing happend to me i was charged 87.13 after i had called to cancel and dey still charged me .. so i called dem back n said they would refund my money back in 10-15 days.. well c what happends! i called my bank and had dem block my card n get a new one so i wouldnt get charged ANY more for somthing i DONT WANT .. and the product i bought will go to the trash after all dis SCAM i wonder whats inside those pills! i should of know BETTER!

Can someone please give me a contact number/email address for these people, as I have been scammed before by people in the good ol' USA. I will hunt these people down and find them, and report them to the US Attorney Generals Office, and also contact all the media who are "supposedly" promoting their products. These people are leeches, and I have no qualms about ensuring they are put out of this business at least. But be sure, they will turn up again, as we all know what rises to the top. I have already been billed for the supposed "free" trial, and not received it, and will no doubt receive further charges on my credit card, which I will block (yet again) and refute any previous charges. Apart from my wounded pride from my stupidity(and having to inform my bank, that I have again made an idiot of myself), I can not afford to loose money from a) product I never received, and/or b) from some rip off merchants (or should I call them marauding sharks or bottom feeders). I am prepared to spend what I need to, to put these as****les out of business. Maybe a class action would be appropriate. Comments would be appreciated.

I DID read the terms, they took 89.93 out of my Credit Card 7 days after the 4.66 they took for shipping And handling on the trial offer, that was 12 days, YES 12 days BEFORE I received the trial offer, in my opinion this company DIET MAX is a company that should be thoroughly investigated by the US government and be made to refund everyone the money that they fraudlently stole from them. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
The Better Business Bureau should be inviolved in this !

Yes ME to i got charged and recieved one bottle of 50 tablets and then tried to cancel and could not get any one on line or on the phone then got charged 2 more times by this mob and recieved nothing oh well back to the drawing board very sad how they get away with it and they say ned kelly was a thief wait till they catch this mob

Gwyne try [protected] for UK. It seems to work or was last time I tried about 2 weeks ago. Be prepared for the run around and stupid excuses. Why dont you try telling your credit card company you lost your card - it seems to have worked for me but Ive managed to do that before they charged me anything more than the little shipping fees.. good luck

Gwyne also try telling your credit card company that you have not received the product, they asked me to wait for 30 days to allow delivery, they would then investigate and try to get charge back of the amount. Good luck

Charged card several times 87.13. Company is a scam. But through Hours and days of research I've found his Cell number /number removed/. My account was refunded for the 3 transactions. I'm still working on another account. Keep calling!

I ordered something different called Acai Max Cleanse from a site and received this Product. I was charged $2.95 right away on my Visa gift card (thanks God I used that one as I was suspicious about this sounding too good) . Three days later item did not arrive and on a 4 day I started to recieve telemarketing calls. So they are selling your contact to others and make money even that way. I iimidiately contacted them and asked fore cancelation nd had a difficulty doing it but I insisted and point blank told them that I dont trust them, their opperation and scam. Finaly they provided me with an email and cancelation steps asking me not to use product when I receive it. I never received it until 15 days later. So thats 5 days after your trial expires. Everything well planned. The envelope went straight to garbage as I dont trust content of it. Fortunately I only got robbed by 3 dollars and my Visa gift card did not have much left on it. Thanks God! Now I'm trying to call them just to see what it is all about and to tell them for the last time that they should be ashamed of doing this type of transactions and point to them that a product I received is totally different product. But they have my number blocked probably as I get the recording that all circuts are busy now... BE CAREFUL! I WISH I COULD FIND THIS BEFORE.

Hi, please cancel your credit card that you are being billed on. I use to work for a company that answered calls for people like that. They change the name of their company so they can continue to bill you even though you cancel with them. Once they have your credit card they pass you along to their friends to receive little charges that you don't notice at first until you are receiving NSF charges because you didn't even know you were being billed. They will tell you that you agreed to this bs when you bought the product. To end this madness cancel the card. It can an will happen again. My job was to politely cancel the account and hope you don't ask for a refund. In my opinion they bill millions everyday to people who aren't paying attention.

One more thing, mention any of these words and they won't hesitate to issue a full refund. (I'm disputing this with my bank), chargeback fees are hard on them, it's cheaper to issue a refund. ( Attorney General) they are afraid of the Attorney General because they want them out of business anyway.

this company diet max needs to be prosecuted I live in australia and so far has been ripped of close to $100 with the foreign exchange rate they have the gull to charge I am now going to get in touch with the consumer watchdog in australia and fill them in on what this company is doing to people

Sorry to say I'm another who'se caught out. I also ordered the Free Trial from the UK for £1.94 + £0.98 P&P. Have NOT received the goods and now see my Statement shows an additional £56.64 having been taken. Like you, having checked the website, it's www.myacaimaxcleanse.co.uk but it looks as if that doesn't exist - 'com' maybe, but not 'uk'. I will now advise my Credit Card co this was an unauthorised payment, hopefully they can prevent more payments. Best to keep checking the details aren't being used for more deductions elsewhere.
