Dieselogic review: Overall very poor service and faulty product

Ordered a superset of injectors and flow tubes for 2016 Cummins 6.7L on Oct. 9, 2025 and after several calls we received them 16 days later on Oct. 25. The order and packaging were very good, and they received my cores back and refunded accordingly. Upon installation the fuel economy was about 25 to 30% less and after about 10000 miles and only four months from installation, started receiving injection timing codes on four injectors, suspecting electrical issues and over fueling. I completed the online request for the warranty but had to request an RMA a second time to receive the link. Strongly recommend the buyer should beware and make themselves familiar with their warranty as it's not very friendly or conducive for a quick turnaround for the end customer and requires several weeks at best to receive your injectors back if you don't purchase another set. Also, they charge you to retest each returned injector. In my opinion, I sent them a better set of injectors than I received.
